Seemed good at first didn't receive cover, after many calls and emails promised to make it right.Same thing took a month to get.lot of trouble to order and received a product.
Sent a 2-layer cover instead of the 5-layer cover and without the free cable and lock. Not enough room here to describe the confusion going on at Seal Skin Covers [Oxnord?] over this one simple order. To avoid further headaches and frustration on my part I kept the 2-layer cover.
Seems to be a good boat cover. Just curious how long it will last a lot of other boat covers dry rotted and deteriorated over four years course
I thought the cover would have more of a custom-fit rather than a universal large truck fit let the cover seems fine so far
I ordered, returned, received a replacement and am sending the order back with the same problem. It does not come close to fitting my Honda trike. I would like to speak to a person that might understand simple dimensional sizings.
I think they are a very good company unfortunately they couldn't help me. We just couldn't seem to find the right cover for us.

It took 2.5 plus weeks to receive my cover. Fit like an oversized trash bag. The lock and antenna pad were not shipped with it. The cover showed up in a flimsy plastic bag, no box.
The customer service was terrible, never even offered to send the lock and pad, just told me they would charge me a re-stock fee if I returned the cover, which I did.

The covers appear to be of very good quality. Fit and finish is good although the "exact fit" touted is not exactly correct. Both of the covers we purchased have significant bagginess to allow for handlebars and mirrors. Also I have had mine for several weeks now and the black fabric is already visibly faded on top versus the bottom where it wraps under the hull. However as noted the purchase experience, search and selection process, and delivery were all first rate.

They forgot to ship the first order, after being chased after they sent the wrong cover. Replacement cover took weeks to be shipped with no follow through. I just had to hope it was being taken care of. Correct cover finally arrived and exchange process was simple.
