I placed an order with sealskincover and was charged for the purchase, but after weeks of waiting I contacted them. The item never got shipped.
I was relived that it was't lost in the mail and they sent me an apology for dropping ball and I received the cover a few days later
We have owned a Seal Skin cover before and we're completely satisfied with the quality of the cover. Looking forward to using this new one on our recently purchased boat.
I ordered a jet ski cover and received it in a timely manner. However when I received it the color was completely wrong. I ordered a red and black cover and the color was a dark maroon. They don't even sell a dark maroon color. Then called the company mind you I never used the cover and then they want a 20 percent restocking fee for a wring product. Basically they could crap in a box mail it to you then refund the crap you received for less than you paid for it. What a racket these people have I'm not sure how they r still in business... do not order from them...

I ordered a cover to specifically fit my 2 door, 2004 Saab convertible. The cover does not fit my car very well. The sides drop down way to far, touching the ground allowing them to get dirty. The length doesn't seem long enough. It is supposed to tuck under the front and back of my car so it can fit snuggly and it doesn't. A good wind can just blow it up and off.

Quality product, fit perfect and arrived on time.
Chat option very helpful. I was disappointed in the time it took to receive my cover, almost 4 weeks. The cover was short over the drivers area and allowed wind to constantly loosen the tie- downs, damaging one strap. After several emails, they agreed to warranty the cover. It is route to you now. I need the cover to extend over the drivers area further to prevent this from re-occurring. This is for a 2016 Lund 1675 sport. Thanks
Your canoe cover page is confusing. One photo shows a zippered cover, but other photos show a strap on cover. The description for installation appears to be for powerboats with a strap on cover. Your CHAT person told me it was a zippered cover, but that the straps would still come with it. Very confusing.
I hate the streak that it leaves when uncovering the vehicle.
I think there was a mix-up I'm the first one that was so small then they corrected it and sent the right one and it fits great thank you very much

Still waiting to make final comments. 1st cover was too large and 2nd one too small. Sent back 2nd cover Wednesday. We will see if 3rd cover comes in a timely manner since 2nd cover took extra long time. Apparently out of stock but that wasn't conveyed to me. Hopefully turn around time won't be as long for the 3rd try. I'll edit this when we receive 3rd try! Wish us luck!
Order cam in. Promised a 10% discount (refund) but did not receive it. This was for the delay. Product is about 6 inches too short to cover all of car, however, I really like the cover quality.
