I was expecting a better fit according to the advertisement. I don't know if I would trust this cover for trailering. It has a very good tie down system but the fit, especially in the front where it doesn't sit against the boat and the air will definitely get under it.
Haven't tried it yet my car is in the body shop, it will be there for awhile.
My cover did not work although I ordered using my boat's specifications. I called within two weeks and reported the failure and was told I may need to use support poles. I tried that too and it proved very inconvenient to set up. When I called back to return the product they told me I was 3 days past the deadline which included a long holiday weekend. I'm out $508 and the cover sits in my garage. I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience or the company's response or lack thereof.
The chat session helped me find the product I needed and I ordered within a few minutes. Very efficient process. However, the cover did not fit my vehicle very well and the cover was damaged.

Product description and ordering easily done
The cover tore after 3 months. The material was so sun damaged I could tear it like it was paper. I bought the 10 year cover. They offered to replace it if I paid shipping. Why would I want a cover that has no uv protection and lasted only 3 months

Good exactly what I wanted

Arrived as promised in perfect condition. And... it fits.
You sent me the wrong size that your customer service person recommended. Then you took your sweet time with the replacement and I didn't get the replacement until two week after I brought the issue to your attention. There is no urgency to your customer service and your shipping dept created a shipping label then took day to give it to UPS. You need a professional logistic company to FIX your delays.
Fine, so far. Chat pop-up persistence a bit off-putting. Is there extra benefit if Chat is utilized?
Update: Product arrived cheaply packaged and without instructions. The promised 'extras', the security cable and cable lock were not included. The best advertised price was not offered. I have not yet opened the packaging to use the product. The NorCal rainy winter season has just begun. Will open and try out cover soon. Disappointed so far.
Cover does not fit the car well have a hard time keeping it on
The string is pretty weak and broke in the first wind storm we had.
Chatted with Stephanie and she sent me the link to the right cover and the discount code. The cover came and was high-quality, heavy weight fabric, but there were no instructions for installing the cover or connecting the multiple sets of straps that came with it. I had to call customer service to receive an email with links to instructions. Then everything worked well. I would have preferred that the instructional email came automatically and saved me the frustration of trying to figure it out after hours before customer service was available the next day.
Promise to ship it in 24-48hrs, don't ship. When contacted they apologize and promise to ship it or cancel the order. When asking for product nothing happens, just a meaningless email that seems auto-generated. Over 2 months later no product, just the charge. Huge disappointment.
It is fraud when you promise a product (shipped in 24-48hrs from time of order), take the money and absolutely do nothing in over 2 months, not even an actual attempt to communicate. So lame.
Replaced too small cover but very little communication new cover still about a foot short over fly deck but decided we can't wait another month to cover boat.
