The cover that I received doesn't cover my 2017 Z06 Corvette very well! It doesn't cover all the back of the car and on each side it only goes down about 1/2 the tire! Not very happy with the fit!

Product has 10 year warranty, and sealskin honored it after UV damage caused the boat cover to fail after one year. However, the warranty only covers a single replacement. If UV exposure affected the cover after one year, it could not reasonably last 10 years. Suggest that a more realistic warranty (e.g. 3 years) be advertised as this is truly the term in which a new purchase will be required.
Original order took a very long time and then didn't fit. Second shipment turned out much better and it actually fits
Ordered 2 covers on Dec 3rd... had to call for an email confirmation on Dec 5th. They took money the 5th, and should have shipped in 2 days... The tracking number was generated, but never received by UPS... cancelled order before it shipped, but tracking says it will arrive on the 19th... With the emails I've received, I don't know if it was shipped or not, but there's a restocking fee, so they win!
The cover is worth the money, but it does not fit my Corvette very good at all!

I ordered a cover on November 30th, I understand it was a weekend. The time frame and instructions they sent have not matched at all. I never received any shipping information, nor did have any contact from them, except warranty information, exchanges. I called early morning on December 9th, went over all of our information again and was told there was a problem with my address,(ok, things happen), I was then told I would receive shipping confirmation, yesterday, that did not happen. I just spoke to Will again today 12/11 and he said they are still waiting on shipping information from the warehouse. I am now wondering if it will be worth the wait. I will post another review, if and when I receive itl

I called y'all and told y'all and you did absolutely nothing to make it right. I was told y'all would send me what I needed and I'm still waiting so I don't believe I would recommend y'all to anyone... Thanks

Fast and accurate and heavy duty except a little large for my boat. I had to make support braces by arching 1/2' pvc pipe then adding T fittings at the end to attach to the rails. This prevents rain from pooling up. Don't think it would hold up in northern Michigan winters though. Although it is water proof

The product and price for the cover were fine. I ordered this unit on October 14th. But customer service is lacking in this organization. After multiple emails and a telephone call which promised a new tracking number, the cover arrived on December 3rd. I would suggest in my emails that they needed to get focused and personally involved to assure that I receive my cover. Sealskin continually would make a promise and then tell me to see if there was movement in the tracking number.
But they have tried to appease me and my displeasure by issuing a 15% rebate back against my credit card. I do appreciate that sign of good faith, but 49 days to correct an order issue?
Would have liked to speak with someone, however never afforded the option.
