Bought a cover for my chairs. To be honest the shopping experience was easy and the team was really helpful if i can add one thing that needs improving is the shipping and delivery time since they were custom items it took a while to receive them
I purchased two covers to protect my vehicles during winter months from rain. Both covers allowed water to collect in between the cover and the on top of the vehicles hood, roof and trunk lids. Both covers faded to a very light and unattractive grey color in less than 12 months.
Junk.
I ordered a cover for my boat while recovering from hip replacement and by the time i recovered enough to try the fit, it was beyond the 30 day return policy and found the cover was over three feet too long and obviously the wrong cover. I folded the cover back up right away and called to ask for the correct cover and they refused even though my situation is obviously different than most and it was also their mistake. They refused to help me and i am stuck with a expensive cover that is useless. Poor customer service. Be careful with the facebook ads, they delete all negative reviews and comments an all ads.

If I could rate them a negative, I would! They state on their site that returns are easy - do NOT be fooled! I have tried on at least 10 occasions via email and phone to return this cover. They simply will not take it back. I needed a new cover to use while mooring in my slip. The site stated it could be used while mooring or trailering. Since the return policy said returns were easy, I figured I'd give it a try. The cover came and it seems decent enough in quality. Attempting to put it on while mooring though, proved to be an exercise in frustration, to say the least. I have a deck boat with fencing around the side. To get the cover on while mooring, requires you to be in the boat and lean way over the side to pull it down. Then it needs to be strapped to be held down. The rope ratchet system is in the back, near the motor and is basically unusable. Once you have the cover on, you can't physically get back there to tighten it down. If I were trailering this, it would be probably be fine. Anyway, I attempted to return this, thinking my explanation made sense. Cover seems nice enough, it just doesn't work in my instance. After reaching out via chat/email, they insisted I put the cover back on and provide photos so they could help me troubleshoot. I tried to explain I don't need help troubleshooting; I'm not claiming the cover doesn't fit; it just doesn't work for mooring. That's hard to convey in an image. No matter how many times or ways I tried to explain this, the customer service rep said she couldn't move forward without photos. I'm simply not going out to put a cover on that take 30+ minutes to put on, only to provide photos that will not convey the problem.
When I called, the rep said the same thing-- had to have photos. When I asked to speak to that person's supervisor, he said they didn't have such a thing. I call bull$#*!! I guess I should have suspected this level of 'service.' While trying to figure out if the cover would fit, I chatted with them. The chat person clearly did not own a boat and just sent me YouTube videos that I had already discovered on my own. The agent provided no additional value outside of already public information. Unless you are *******% certain this will work for you, do NOT buy from this crooked company. Returns are not easy. Customer service is shoddy. If you need a cover for 2005 Hurricane 208R, just reach out. I may have one if I haven't pitched it already.

I purchased a boat cover from Seal Skin Covers because of their advertised "guaranteed fit." The cover did not fit my boat at all. After contacting customer service, I was informed they didn't actually have the correct size for my boat. While they covered return shipping, they still charged me an 18% restocking fee. I ended up paying a penalty for a product that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. A real guarantee should mean a proper fit or a penalty‑free return. I can't recommend this company.

Cover cut is so generic. Said perfect fit, but not really. The antenna is lined up with seam. Texted customer service said they would swap out apparently they have a few different cuts for same vehicles. He started a ticket. Asked me to send pictures. So I did. Ticket customer service rep said they didn't see any issues. OK I am not going to argue. Requested shipping label and full refund. Received response that there is a 18% restock charge for open packaging, and some BS that they have a generous return policy. Ha! So I can't try on car to return for full refund. Go ahead and send crappie generic fitting covers. And make customer pay to "restock". Anyways can't recommend. Find a company that actually stands by their products. And delivers on what they claim. "Perfect fit" NOT perfect fit.

I bought a jetski cover it was poorly fitted and deisigned. It was very loose and after towing the waterski 500 miles with it on it was totally shredded. There is no reinforcement where the ends of the handlebars contact the cover. And since it was not a snug fit the flapping of the cover tore through at those points. Once those holes appeared the force of wind and flapping continued to rip seams out.

There must be some fine print that I overlooked. A little over a year ago I purchased the top of the line Seal Skin car cover featuring a lifetime warranty. The cover fit reasonably well on the car. About a year's time on the car the cover began to shred and come apart. No problem I thought…pay the $35 and get a new cover. I did so, and the replacement cover arrived quickly. I was impressed by the service response time. Installation… hmmm. After opening the box and removing the replacement cover it seemed to me that this cover was not the same quality as the first one sent to me. Anyhow, I installed the replacement cover on the car. Now after only 6 months the cover is literally in shreds. In summation, lifetime to Seal Skin is not lifetime, but a maximum of 1.5 years. I now need to order another cover and it will not be a Seal Skin sadly. Apparently, their policy is to only replace the cover one time.

I have been dealing with customer service and Bruce trying to get and exchange for a larger size for over 1.5 months. I ordered 3 covers for 3 of my classics. The fist one didn't fit and was too small. I told them then I would simply send all 3 back for 1 size larger on all 3 covers. Bruce told me to wait and check fitment on the other 2 covers. I explained the other 2 units were getting work done and may not be back in time, and was told no worries, check it and we can exchange it. Now, I'm told I'm out of a 30 day exchange policy, they will make an exception on 1 not on all, and that's not acceptable. I don't want to seek legal action however, being in Texas, it will happen if they don't make it right.

I was excited to get a new boat cover. I used the selection process on Seal Skin Cover website and even called them to ask if the cover would fit. They promised it would "fit like a glove." I went ahead and ordered the cover. Upon arrival, I put the cover on the boat and needless to say, it did not fit. Remind you, I ordered the cover they said was for my boat, not something I was hoping would fit. I called and they quickly started a refund approval and did reach out within 48 hours. Sadly, their idea was to send me an over sized cover that I was in no way interested in. We went back and forth over multiple emails with them trying to get me to take the larger cover. After stating for at least three times that I was not interested, they finally issued me a return label and stated there would be an 18% restocking fee. I understand this charge if I would have wanted to return a cover that fit of my choice. I am returning an item that they say would fit my boat and it doesn't. They say they only refund if item was "damaged or faulty." I would say that FAULTY was definitely the case. I ordered what they said would fit and when it didn't, they charge 18% to cover their mistake. I am sorry, but I would not buy anything from them or recommend them to anyone. Very dishonest and unethical.

I went online to their website tobuy a cover for my boat. The site let's you find your specific boat by year make and model. I found mine and placed my order. When it arrived I tried it on my boat and it was 3 ft to long so I called customer support. The guy wasn't very professional, but took my information and said I would receive an email from someone within 24 hours. The email asked to state the problem and send pictures. I responded with the issue and showed pictures of the new cover on the boat and the three extra feet of cover hanging off the back. Their response was to tightened the straps. After I explained to them the straps would take up slack in the sides but not the back they approved a return and sent me a UPS shipping label. Sent the cover back and they sent the exact same size back to me. Sent another email with pictures of the sku and model number on the cover and box. They sent me another return UPS label. When I received the third cover it and tried it on it was a foot to short and had no extra room for the trolling motor. I sent another email to the company stating this cover was to small and could they send me a return slip for this one. I now wanted a refund so I could buy a custom cover from a local company. They informed me that there would be an 18 percent restocking fee for inspection, cleaning and restocking. The exact same thing they would have done for the previous two returns they now want to charge me for because they can't get the order correct and I want to go to a company that will get it right.

Quality of product is excellent. Fit was questionable. Customer service follow-up was non-existent. They have tried twice now to fit my 2025 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate! The first time they admitted it clearly did not fit. The second time they admit they can't size it correctly, and then want to charge me 18% to return it (as a restocking fee). ARE YOU SERIOUS? RUN don't even try to buy from these people. Material is great, business and customer service is horrible! Run! Ethan has no clue what he is doing asking for 18% when it is their fault it doesn't fit!

I ordered one patio furniture cover first to test the quality and fit before committing to the other nine pieces. Despite following their instructions exactly, the fit was poor and disappointing. Although the website says orders ship from Brewster, NY or Fremont, the product came from India. A return would have taken about a month, so instead of dealing with the hassle of returning, resizing, and reshipping, I opted to exchange it for one large cover to protect all the cushions stacked together. However, I soon learned the product was considered a custom order and non-returnable—despite their bold claims of "Hassle-Free Exchanges," "100% Money Back Guarantee," and "Easy Returns." After four frustrating email exchanges with customer service, who repeatedly asked for irrelevant measurements and offered only a 5% discount on a future purchase, I gave up. The interaction was so robotic and unhelpful, I honestly started to wonder if I was dealing with a chatbot.

I have purchased 2 boat covers, a car cover and a truck cover from seal skin. Then I purchased a cover for my Harley Davidson. When I got around to putting it on to use the cover, it did not fit. I took a picture of the bike with the cover on and sent it to Lori, no last name used in her e-mails. She told me they had a cover that would fit but I would need to pay $25.99 to have it shipped. I was angry but I paid it and asked them to send the correct one. I was then informed that I had to send the other one back at my cost. At this point I just asked for my money back and told her I would live with what I had. The money was never returned and I have not heard from them since then.

Ordered my cover in February,. I read the and didn't think I needed to try it when I received it, also couldn't put it on the car because of the weather. When I was able to install it on the car it was not the right size but because it was one day out of warranty I was not able to get a refund or exchange.

I ordered two Seal Skin covers for the chairs. The process was simple with their measurement guide. Cover originally didn't fit correctly and warranty service was a terrible experience.Ive only had a couple years and it gets moisture under the cover now...every time it rains it holds the moisture on the vehicle now.Basically worthless now
