SeaDoo Cover dry rotted and split open after less than 2 years. I filed claim. I can not get any updates by email and no one will answer the phone at your location. Been trying since May 27. Got one email on June 17 that gray/black was not available. I replied that I would take a yellow/black cover since the gray/black was not available. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received any notification of cover shipping.
I was on hold yesterday for over 20 minutes with no answer and on hold today for another 18 minutes before giving up. No emails, no one will answer the phon

Ok but a few snags ordered a car cover for a 2018 Ford focus ST. The one I received was to short does not cover car totally. It's short on both ends. Not happy at all.

I ordered the car cover to fit my 1934 ford 3 window coupe which is a small car, I received a car cover that fit my 1968 Chevy Caprice completely wrong cover. So I ordered the correct cover from California car covers.
Now I am completely satisfied.
Easy to order. Thanks for the discount. I thought that a lock was included with cover. I bought 3 covers on one order. All 3 bags are too small for the cover to fit inside. Would like cover to be twice as large.

Great customer service. Very helpful! I had an issue with cover I received. It was to small. I contacted customer service and told them about the problem. They sent me a return shipping label. Once received they sent out the new cover. The new cover fit perfectly. Very happy with there customer service as well as the product.
