The cover came with no instructions. I called and was sent instructions through my email which was not specific to my cover. The cover did not fit well and water kept pooling up on the top from the rain.
Customer service is second to none. The sealskin cover is a very good product. The only thing wrong is the cover runs a little to big. Overall I would not hesitate ordering another cover when needed.

I love my cover but we had a bad wind storm and the cable that under the car pulled the plastic Grommet out and I wanted to know if I can get a replacement for it

I tired to contact them, but could no response, till I started putting remarks on your ads. I thought the covers were custom to each vehicle when I ordered, but to my surprise when I opened the package and read the instructions, I discovered they were wrong. The labels were different than the instructions. After I put on the truck, I went in and went to bed. It rained during the night, when I went to check on the cover, the bed of the was filled with water. I thought if it were custom it should be tight enough the rain should run off. Since it was at least 6 inches deep in water, I let the tailgate down, which tore a hole in the cover. Now I know according to the instructions it is no longer returnable.

The only thing that would have given me (& possibly others) would be a picture of the actual boat I typed in? My Crestline Fishhawk has one sided console, and it would add confidence about my new cover being properly fitted! Just a thought. Thanks, Mike Schaal
Received the boat cover with NO instgructions to install. Also no paper invoice for my records and what is the warrenty?
Never receive a invoice, just a e-mail to go to you tube to install, no mention of warrenty or sent to me.try to put on boat but had no idea which is bow or the stern. Just put back in bag and wait to winter to try again.

I ordered this cover because the site said it was for my jet ski. I received the cover and it's about 10 inches too short. I put in a ticket and made a phone call and an online chat. They say their email is down at this point I just want my money back. No one has contacted me by email like I was told would be the next step. I would not buy from this company again. Hopefully I can get a refund. I was on hold forever waiting to speak with someone.

I was disappointed to receive the 1st order with a defect. It was replaced, but returning the defective cover UPS required a box to ship back. The cost was $7 to ship back. The new cover was good and a better fit. The experience was not as smooth as I hoped. I'm happy with the quality.
I was supposed to get 15 % off by using a coupon called 150ff but that did not happen WHY?
I understand the cover will fit and secure just like the OEM cover and not need the straps except for towing-- correct? If not I do not want this cover
