Received confirmation of shipment right away, then the UPS tracking number sat without movement for two weeks. When I contacted customer service I got an emailed speech about COVID. When I responded asking why they didn't answer my question about why my order had never been given to UPS they stopped responding. I contacted them again a week later without response so I sent them another email telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. A few days later I was sent a new tracking number. I opened a chat window and asked why since I cancelled my order and was waiting for my refund. I was told it was too late as it had been shipped. I told them I would dispute the charge. The new tracking number also sat for days without moving and I disputed the charge on my cc. That is when they actually shipped it. Read the reviews on the BBB website I wish I would have before I ordered. I would.have never done business with this company.

The cover was made for a right side trolling motor, which I have. The problem was that the area created for the t motor was so large it could have covered up a small elephant. I traveled 400 miles to northern Minnesota on my first trip with it. It looked like a huge parachute. I had the cover snugged as tight as I could. Before I got to my destination three of the straps broke. It not only wore my paint down to the metal in a few spots, the cover had holes wore in it from the windshield framing. I had to buy a set of four ratchet staps to hold the cover down. Frankly I wasn't impressed with it.

BUT when we received it, it did not fit. We used the info from the sales person
That this was the cover we needed.
When we sent it back they charged us a restocking fee!
We should have received a total refund due to the fact this was the cover they said would fit.
They were WRONG! And we had to pay for their mistake. Reaching out to them and they could have cared less about giving us ALL our money back.
Will NEVER buy anything from them ever.

It's way to big and needs a draw string to work, I canceled my order about three weeks ago. I contacted you twice on the phone and was hung up on twice. I sent emails and got no response. Then was told it was to late to cancel and I just now got the cover and just like I sent in an email earlier you deceive people into believing that the cover is for a certain type and size of boat even asking if it has a swim step as if you take that into account. You are a bad misleading company.
