We got a defective cover and it was replaced but the process was really not ideal. In fact I'm wondering why we even returned the cover as it was so poorly manufactured...they should've just sent us a new cover and told us to dump it in the garbage rather than going through the hassle of having to box it up get it to UPS store to mail it BEFORE we could get a new cover to replace it. The second cover was also defective and we had to go through the process a second time! In the end we did get a good cover and I'm happy with the product.

I was very disappointed with cover. Does not fit Snug on the Motorcycle, had do exchange it one time. 2nd cover still does not fit snug either. Therefore I will not buy anymore products from your Company.

Order was easy. I received order very fast.but cover was to short. They won',won't, answer phones. Chat just drags you on and label to send back will Not open. Even Ups store could not open label. Very disappointing.

Ordered a cover for the 2020 Yamaha. Wrong cover delivered. Sent it back as per instructions. Never heard a word. Waited 2 weeks after confirmation of delivery back to sealskin. Called 9 times. No one answered. No answering machine. Emailed numerous times. No response. In 3 emails I stated to refund the $129. Finally got a person. Got an email to select exchange or refund. I said refund. Less than a week later a cover was in the mail.
The cover was made with quality material, it just didn't fit my application well.
Cover received didn't fit. Sent pictures as soon as received and they sent a reply saying they wouldn't accept return due to damage.
Couldn't reach customer service.
