It was a Birthday gift and my husband LOVES it.
Waited 6-8 weeks to receive the cover I ordered, during that time no updates were given on status of delivery.
When I finally received the cover it was way too big for my vehicle, decided not to return because it was not worth the stress going through their customer service, shipping, and again the long wait.
Overall I am very happy with the cover - very repellant - works well - not a custome fit for my boat but pretty nice for the money!
Quick and easy search and checkout. However, it took 6 weeks to get my cover, in spite of me contacting them 4 times and receiving two written (email) promises to ship the cover during that time. They did process a 10% refund for my trouble. That could have been avoided if they were just honest with me. I understand everyone is operating in less than ideal circumstances due to the virus, but this was extreme and not transparent communications.
Transaction was seamless quality was extremely high and I have inquired for a motorcycle cover for my 2015 road glide as it was not in their website but their customer service instantly was able to put it out and email it to me. Thank you!

Great product at a great price... however, the wrong color was delivered. I ordered black with grey stripe cover but was delivered a black with blue cover. Looks good so I'm not too disappointed.
I did send an email to customer service noting the wrong color but heard nothing back from customer service; hence, my 4-star rating on "shopping experience" and the low rating on customer service.
I do however recommend the cover -- it is a high quality product!

I ordered blue, but was told that it was not available after the fact and had to settle for grey in order to get product within my timeframe.
I ordered 3 covers. 2 were a bit small for the cars. I called and he exchanged the 2 (he could have used some customer service training). The ones that came were much bigger than needed. Now the cover touches the floor. Not complaining about the covers, just the size and fit. Not really happy, disappointing.
Ordering was very simple and easy
Neither one of the covers fit my Mustangs they are about 2 feet short on the length. The sides are ok, but the covers don't cover my bumpers. The quality is fine.
Difficulty in communicating with seal skin cover. After placing my original order I had left a five star rating but after minutes of placing my order I needed to make a change to my order and after doing so I was assured that the change was made and it would not be problem. So when I received my order the order was wrong and not to mention it's been hell trying to speak with someone to return the wrong cover. After returning and confirming that they have received it it's been hell trying to get someone on the phone, I have spent hours trying to reach someone to get an update on my correct cover I was told by there customer service once I got through that I would be receiving a tracking number within the our and it's been 4 days an no tracking number and no response to any of my emails. SO I NOW RATE THIS COMPANY WITH 1 STAR AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Easy to find the right boat cover with the boat diagrams and the cover measurements. Quality looks good and I like the tie down straps in back.
Ordered June 1st, received July 17th. Cover out of stock but no one bothered to say anything, despite numerous phone calls. Finally told me NIS and Seal Skin upgraded and shipped the next day. Was excited to receive cover and put it on.
PUT COVER ON AND THE COVER IS 10" TO 12" TO SHORT AND DOES NOT FIT THE 64 EL CAMINO. COVER FITS JUST UNDER THE FRONT OF THE HOOD AND HALF WAY DOWN THE TAIL GATE, AND DOES NOT COVER the BUMPERS AND LOOKS SO BAD, IT IS NOT A CUSTOM FIT, AND DOES NOT STRETCH TO FIT.
I wanted the Pro Guard indoor cover just to keep dust and dirt off in garage and thought it would fit. Actually sorry I agreed to the upgrade. I should have waited for cover I wanted was back in stock.

Originally, you sent me a cover for a v-hull boat. I have a pontoon. We gave you all the measurements, and you sent a cover that fits much better.

Had both carcovers I needed at a great price.
Cover received was too big. Gave them exact jetski measurements. 7 weeks later and after 5 phone calls, hours on-hold, 5 promises that it was in stock and would be sent immediately, I received the replacement which was now too small. This order was a disaster and the customer service was very bad. The New York Better Business Bureau has 199 complaints on file for Seal Skin Covers since 2016.
