Very good service thus far. When I spoke with customer service and asked whether the cover had a motor cover they said no so I ordered a separate motor cover. When the covers came the boat cover did in fact have a motor cover so I called and sent the separate motor cover back and was credited the full amount.
Use of the chat option made it very easy to find the right item. When I received my order, I insalled the cover. It fit perfectly. Very happy with the product.

On my order, #*******064 I was offered a FREE storage bag and cable with padlock - I did not receive the cable with padlock in the shipment - I called on 6/4 to John - John said he will talk to his supervisor and email me when the cable and lock are shipped - no response - I will be returning the cover and storage bag for a full refund if no response by this Wednesday, 6/10 - if you can assist me I would appreciate it - Richard Meldahl *******341

I was sent the wrong boat cover in July 2020, sent it back and it has now been over a month with no reply. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND ONLY WILL TALK ON CHAT. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME. HERE IS THE RESPONSE I GET EVERYDAY: Alright, seems like the exchange cover already went on the shipping process, I am being told by the management at the shipping department that we are only missing the tracking number which will be updated on our system by the warehouses and due to the staff reductions not everything is going smoothly as it used to go. We understand that this might get you upset but we think that is better and more important to ship the item first and email the tracking sometime later. So rest assured this exchange has already processed on shipping and as soon as the warehouses update the tracking number it will be emailed to you automatically.
THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Easy to use sure. Got what I needed at a great price.
The cover took too long to arrive. It was supposed to be a gift but it came two weeks late. When the cover did arrive it did not fit properly. It is too short to tuck under the bumpers so it blows off easily. The plastic grommets tore out of the cover the first time I used it. It has been sitting in the trunk of my car unused because it is too small. I had a horrible experience dealing with your customer service people when I was angry about how long it was taking to get the cover so I decided it was not worth calling to complain about the fit and finish. Your 20 dollar restocking fee is bogus too. I will never buy another seal skin cover and I've blasted my negative experience on every social media car page I can find.
