I couldn't find my boat model on the site so I started a chat and right away they sent me a link to what i needed. Very professional and helpful.
Most went well except, I entered my email twice for a 10% discount and the code was never sent. I ordered in May, it is now August 8th and I still don't have my order or info when I may get my order.
The cover came in the time I was told. Unfortunately it was a cover with wrap around straps and I needed something to cover the boat while in the water. I contacted your office and the young lady that answered told me returning the cover was no problem but there would be a 20% restocking fee.
I was not happy about that but it was the policy. The mistake was mine so i returned it and received the remaining credit in a timely manor.

Ordered this boat cover, told them the make & model.
They sent me one that was 5ft too long, returned it for exchange.
The next one they sent me was 3-4 ft too narrow.
Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee.
This is not the way to do bussiness.
If they don't have a cover that fits my boat they should say so and not charge a restocking fee.
It's not my fault they don't have the right size
Worse fitting cover I've ever purchased. Company evidently does not understand the boat cover business. Cover still over 2' longer than it should be after the second try from Seal Skin. Don't buy from this company.

This is my second cover, great experience with both.

Good job so far I'm glad to say that I didn't pay full price I got it on sale and the cover she was taking a beating and I've had it less than a year
Very dissatisfied in the customer service. I called 5 times on where my package was. They could never give me a answer. 3 months later my package finally arrived.
Easy to use website
The cover does not stay on the car to well in the slightest wind. The cover seems to fit properly but even with the string tied underneath the car, the wind will blow it off the car
This cover was not at all what I expected. It was not made to fit my car and the quality was VERY sub par. I do not recommend if you are wanting to protect your car.
Glad they had the cover for my boat now let's see how well it fits. My cover fit well except had to place my pvc pipe across my seat front to rear where it can't hold water. But it did fit well over all my crappie fishing rod holders
