Very dissatisfied with the way you do business. First cover was too small by 18', second one was too long by 3 ft. After calling you the second time, I was told that I could send the cover back but you would not be sending a third, plus I would be charged a restocking fee. You advertise a 100% fit so how can you be so off on your measurements? Will not recommend you to anyone.

The customer service at time of ordering was fantastic. However the product arrived with no instructions whatsoever and we can't figure out how to use the straps or anything. It's nothing at all like the original cover. We tried finding help on the website, and nothing. So that's extremely disappointing because we really don't know what to do with it.

Ridiculous time in filling this order. It's been delayed twice. Customer service is not helpful. No tracking? You charged my account when the order was placed, yet more than 60 days has gone by and no delivery. If you accept an order and are out of stock, customer should told up-front that the delivery will be delayed and given opportunity to continue the order or cancel based on Your estimated delivery... Yet you continue taking orders!
First cover was too small and took several weeks to get the replacement. Disappointed in the incorrect sizing and slow time to respond.

Good website experience...easy to navigate. I t has been 60 days and I have yet to open the package so can't comment on fit or quality. Personal matters have kept this from being possible. I do expect that the product will be as it was represented to be on the website.
