The storage bag seam ripped the first time that I attempted to stow away the motorcycle cover. Can I get a replacement? Other than that the cover is of high quality. Fast checkout and easy to navigate their website.

Andy from the Chat texting made the choosing much easier. My cover had custom specifications and Andy helped me with this. I have one problem the storage box I ordered was not complete with all the dividers. Please send me all the dividers for this box. The cover seems to be really nice. Ordering has been easy and painless. We'll see about cover quality, and fit when it arrives.
We received our cover and it fit like a glove just as they said it would. My only concern is the cover has faded and has become sun bleached and looks years old, when it's only 2 months old, but it hasn't torn, or anything like that, and is doing the job that I purchased it for.
Not satisfied with the service, lots of text message with no help. Finally an email got a responds and they got it on my way. It shouldn't have taken 5 weeks. I like the cover.
When I got on line the chat person asked what kind of motorcycle I had and the year. She then gave me a line to the exact location and already had the cover pulled up that I needed I also was able to use the coupon so I got a good deal. Hopefully when the order arrives I will be just as satisfied.
Unfortunately that item did not fit. I sent pictures with dimensions, and they sent me another cover. Unfortunately that one also did not fit and I wonder if they even looked at my dimensions.
I was then told that they could no longer help me. I did get my refund but only after quite a hassle.
