Terrible customer service. I ordered the jet ski cover on June 12 and after a month hadn't received it. I contacted sealskincovers and was told on July 13 that I would receive within 5-7 business days. I finally received the cover 3 weeks later, not quite the 5-7 business days!
The first one that was sent was the wrong size, I was going to cancel and order from someone else, but was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee even though they sent wrong size. I decided not ot pay a restocking fee and asked for a replacement. They said once they receive the wrong cover back they would process it and send me a new one. After a month from my return I received the 2nd one. It fits but not like some I have seen on other Jetskis. I'm not happy with the price I paid for the service I received. If I would have received the 2nd cover first i would have given 4-5 stars. The new cover does fit better and seams to be a good cover for the price.
Order does not confirm what boat cover is for. Not happy with quality. Needs one additional strap in middle. Cannot stretch cover properly. Rain storms leave huge puddle in cover. I will need to add inner supports or use old cheap cover that had an additional strap. It did not puddle because it could be stretched properly.
The manager never called as I was advised he was going to do. Cover did not leak even with 20 gallons of water in it that had to be bailed three times so far.

Good customer service! Agent helped me find the correct cover for my motorcycle. Could stand to be a little taller to completely cover tires with windscreen and saddle bags. It's about 6 inches short. Overall a great cover!
I ordered a cover on June 1,2020. I received confirmation on June 5 but did not receive until June 30. Since it was taking longer than thought, I called numerous times, was on chat and no one could provide me a true status of the order. I was finally able to speak with a person on June 24, and they quickly resolved the issue and gave a discount due to the delay. I was satisfied with the the cover when it arrived and pleased for the discount due to the delay.
