The covers I ordered are good quality. I ordered 3 for jet skis. One was the wrong size. I had a hard time getting a replacement. I never received any confirmation of my order, shipping info, return replacement status etc. Basically, you order and something shows up eventually. When I sent the wrong size back, my order was in limbo until I called because they did not have the color I wanted. They put it on back order but never contacted me about it. I had to contact them again.
Easy to navigate the website to fine the correct cover for my 2019 Mazda 3
Terrible! Poorly designed to fit 2020 Honda Passport very loose. I had to send it back for exchange it took a month to receive new one and it was just big as the first. Customer Service never answered to speak to live person and the chat rep was patronizing, rude, and would avoid answering simple yes or no questions. Cover is not worth it. Shop for your elsewhere.
Got what I ordered and was very happy will tell family and friends.
Cover for my 2013 Tracker Pro Team TF boat was not wide enough at the rear of the boat, it needed to be about 3' wider. Lots of extra material in the front width, though. The length seemed to be just right.
I originally got the wrong cover but it was taken care of after they sent me a back shipping label and they sent me another cover. I in turn never got a chance to use it as the intended car was totaled. I sent in a ticket informing them about the situation and they agreed to refund, less 20% for handling and restocking, me the money. I find this quite remarkable and am self assured that when l need a new cover for the BMW to replace the other l will be dealing with them again. Extremely great customer service is hard to find.
Fits perfect without a fight and looks good
Very easy to purchase, good quality, haven't been able to test it in Hail yet.
Pretty satisfied, however, it didn't come with the free cable lock as advertised and still nothing after contacting Customer Service.
Lil to small
I did receive, however, it is way too cumbersome to put on and remove. I thought it was suppose to fit my car, and it appears to fit something much bigger. I do not plan on using and it is too late (past 30 days) to return it. SO I guess it will sit in my garage. Order number *******885. Tom S.

Hope this cover fits! It is not a custom fit (too big) but seems to be good. Better too big than too small. I like the inside and outside material. Looks like it will wear well. All well.

I ordered my cover with 2 day express. Took just over a month to get. Call and on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got my 2 day fee back but service is absolutely horrible. If you can buy some other place please do yourself the favor.
