Awesome cover, fits great. Went through Hurricane Laura and had no damage to cover or straps. Kept boat dry in 50 mph gusts and heavy rain.

So far so good. The cover has remained on despite some breezy days. I don't take any precautions because of the wind I just don't put the cover on if wind is in the forecast.
Product did not ship on schedule even after multiple calls. Had to contact PayPal and file a claim before the product actually shipped

I place my order and did not receive it for over 2 week. I contact the customer service and was told they are out of stock. The next day the customer service inform me that the merchandise is on the way to me. I received the merchadise shortly.

The customer service was horrible. I asked for update on my cover a couple times. First and only response I got was you guys blaming COVID for the delay. I understand that. If that's the case slow your advertising down and update shipping timeframes. Second time I reached out to find out where my cover was, I never received a reply. Basically giving me the middle finger. Well, I will not be purchasing anything from you guys again. Went from decent service the first time I bought a cover, to the worst experience the 2nd time I bought a cover. I really do not feel like going through this process again to find out if this was just a one time problem.
When I first order, it was missing a part. I let them know about it but it took almost a month before I got it. Otherwise, it's good. Just a took a long time to get them.
Web site would not let me put in 10% discount coupon and customer service said can't accept a coupon after the order is placed on line. Catch 22, offer a discount that can't be used.

I ordered a car cover over a month ago (May 18,2020) and have not received what I paid for. When I contact support, which has been multiple times, this is their response: "We sincerely apologize for this delay. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and emergency shelter in place laws we're short on staff and your shipment may be delayed up to a week. We're doing our best to keep everyone safe while making sure all of our customers get their orders as soon as possible." It has now been almost a week since that email and when I check the tracking number, it says that the label was created. When will I receive the cover?
Answer: NOT EVEN WATER PROOF! This company is just a rip off. Poor quality Chinese goods. Avoid at all cost!~

Monica: it will, however in order for our support team To see that there has been a problem with your order We need to create a ticket That would just let them know that you haven't yet received your order I will mark it on urgent, so that they will get back to you within 24 business hours Me: UPS says you haven't shipped it yet Wouldn't it be easier to just ship the product? Monica: They will ship the product once they get t he ticket which lets them know that it hasnt been shipped yet Me: Can you cancel my order?
