I sent email, waiting for response, the cover does not fit. I ordered one did not fit, sent it back, you sent me another one. The second one was identical to the first one, does not fit, I would say approximately 6" short.
I am waiting on you to get back to me on what you are going to do.
The product was defective and replaced under warranty but I had to pay for shipping both ways. Why should I have to pay shipping for your defective product? Then it took nearly two months to get my new cover. Terrible policy and terrible service.

Simple and easy ordering, but the cable lock that was supposed to be included was not. I called customer service and, after being transferred several times, was told the cable lock would be sent. Have not received it yet, nor has there been any communication that any shipment has been made.
So far, your customer service has failed me! The 1 star rating i have given them is very generous!
The Cover is too big for my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. It slides back and forth on the front and back. It is not completely snug or secure to keep my car covered. I never received the Lock & Cable Reinforced Grommets either. I feel gypped.
I left a message for customer service to call me regarding fit. I have yet to receive a response!
Your cover seems a bit pricy, but decided to go with it anyway. It does look 'hefty.'...it came today. Nice but doesn't quite fit, not bad enough to return though
