Diff color covers?
I suggested the company provide buyers 3-4 different color Covers for cars and boats.
Order confirmation email states: Exchanges are always free but covers returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee to help clean up, repackage and re-stock. - but I had to pay $26 to exchange the cover. Definition of Always: at all times; on all occasions.
The cover I received was not the same one in the picture. It was not custom fit to the jet ski I ordered it for and, in fact, it is about 8 inches too short and does not cover the entire jet ski. It has zippers on the side which allow rain through the cover. Highly unsatisfied with the cover and the company. Never again.
Easy to place an order
Very easy to check the different covers for the boat. I was somewhat disappointed in how the tie downs did not firmly snug up the cover to the boat. I also thought that the motor would be covered and it is not.
Fast and easy transaction
Fast and easy ordering. However the products were not correct for my vehicle, and did not fit properly, I had to return two different covers, and end up with a refund minus "restocking" fees. I am disappointed that i was not refunded the full amount as it was not clear at the original purchase that you do not carry a cover that its a direct fit for my Truck.
Product is outstanding, durable - fade resistant and waterproof as described.

My purchase was made during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. It did take some time to receive my order.

Great cover, Poor straps. You sent replacement straps I have to figure out how to use with the cover

My cover took 3 tries to arrive correctly. Then it finally arrived. The first use it ripped and the straps tore off. I contacted the company and they want me to pay $35 for a replacement even though the website says at no cost. Then I asked for a refund as I believe it will rip again! Now they say I can because it's 30 days past when I ordered. Of course it is as it took months to get the correct cover. Who can help me?
