The web site was easy to view, easy to buy from, and I found what I needed without any hassle; at least that's what I thought. I purchased a cover as a gift for my son's Shelby Mustang. When I contacted sealskin they told me I couldn't transfer the warrantee to him, even though it was a gift. Next I found that it was not made in the US or under sealskin's name. On top of that the cover did not fit the length of the car and, here I'm assuming, that the cover is generic in length and didn't take into account the extra length required due to the rear wing. It would have fit a standard mustang, but not my son's Shelby. Lastly, "customer service" advised it was up to me to refold and repackage the cover, and the cost of having it returned was mine. To be fair, the cover does appear to be well made, the seams and materials appear to be very good. There are no mirror pockets, but well made. Unhappy with the length / fit, and customer service? Yes.

When I received my car cover and had to store it while my car was being repaired from hail damage.
Following that, we have had very little rain in months, so I had no reason to cover my car.
I then used it one time for a coming storm. I used the center wire and lock.
The cover didn't protect my car for even part of the storm. The cover comes off so quickly and easily. It's a poor design.
And the way that SealSkin Covers makes their sales presentation, it looks like there's thicker protection, but it's not at all worth it.
I tried to return it for a refund. After all, I only used it for 4 hours! But SealSkin would not let me return it because more than 30 days have passed since my purchase.
Not happy.

The cover is nice but made for a pointed bow, my Jon's bow is flat. I'll sew a doubler on the front corners of the cover for my bow.

When you ask a question they have a hard time giving you an answer--needed to why when I remove the seal skin cover it leaves a film on my cars. Very easy question they want to know the size the order number they should have all my info on file. James B Hall jr
The cover that I purchased from you for a Sea-doo year 2000 model number RX doesn't fit the machine properly. It takes me 20 minutes just to get the machine somewhat covered from the weather. Not very happy. Thank you Francis Gaudette *******808
