I've ordered three suites from them and I've gotten compliments every time I've worn them. I just wish the tops were adjustable

I bought swimsuits in preparation for my vacation 3 weeks in advance. But I was very stressed as I only received the order 1 day before my flight out. The communication and tracking was not great but I appreciated one customer service representative who said they'd put a priority request on it. Overall, stressful not exactly knowing delivery date and tracking info but in the future just order well in advance.
The website says your order will ship within a few business days and that they use standard shipping (7-14) business days. This is a lie. It took them over a week just to ship my order. Now it has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. The customer service is slow to respond and not useful.
I ordered 2 swimsuits from SeaFancy in the beginning of July. I just received them last week. (2nd week of August) If you need your bathing suits in a timely fashion, do not order from this place. They charged my credit card immediately. They said that they would send an email notification within 3 days of placing the order. I did not receive a shipping email until well over 3 weeks later. When I reached out to Customer Service, I did not receive a response until 3 days later. I would save your money and order elsewhere.
I ordered then read reviews. I thought this was fake site. So I asked refund and cancel. Money was refunded straight way. I got email from seller straight way as well. I still don't know this site is legit or not.
I contacted customer service to arrange for a return and this is where I was really frustrated. They offered me 30% refund to keep the swimsuits, then when I said no, they offered me a 50% refund to keep the swimsuits. Also, I had to pay my own postage. I also had to send a photos of the crotch section of both suits to show I had not removed the hygiene pad. I sent off the suits and gave them the tracking number.I have yet to hear from them regarding my refund. I will never order from this company again.
I really need a different sized top from bottom; however you don't offer this option so I had to order two different bathing suits in different sizes. However, the discount made the two bathing suits affordable

I ordered a bikini the order and delivery was all fine. The bikini itself I was not happy, the size of the bottoms were fine but the top was tiny!
I wanted to return the item. The company does not provide return details on their website! You must email them for details. This was my first red flag. It took me four emails, over a series of about three weeks before they finally give me the return address. They were more keen to give me a % refund than the return address.
Now I must point out I live in the UK, the parcel I received was from a UK warehouse. The return address I received was for somewhere in the USA. I asked for a UK address and they refused.
I have been unable to return the item and only got 65% of my money back……
I know their stuff looks nice online and very tempting but it's honestly not worth it! Please save your money and look elsewhere!

Somehow my order when through twice. Someone from SeaFancy caught it, contacted me and canceled the second order. They're very easy to deal with. My suits (I ordered 2) arrived faster than expected.
My package was marked as delivered on 7/22, but I never got it. I waited a couple days, then emailed SeaFancy to let them know I did not receive my order. Their response time is incredibly slow (a day or two between responses), and they are clearly sending canned responses that often aren't applicable to my situation. It has been three weeks and I'm still waiting for resolution.

I bought this in 2 sizes, and wanted to return one. There were multiple emails back and forth where I had to request information on how and where to return, send photos of the item, re-request information on where to return, and insist that I wanted a full refund. When I got this, I returned it and requested confirmation of receipt. I got confirmation of delivery from USPS, but nothing from SeaFancy. So I followed up showing proof that USPS delivered it. SeaFancy responded saying they check, and in fact, the package was there all along. They said they had to check the item and send a request for refund to their financing department (which may take 30 days). I'm still waiting on this. The whole process - so far - has taken over one month

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
