My order took three weeks to arrive. The return process is deliberately cumbersome. The product does not fit my body, even remotely. I will not order from this company again.

Was very pleased, affordable, decently fast shipping (didn't realize it was sending from the UK) to the US.

Only 2 out of the 3 bikinis arrived in the shipment. There has been no communication about the whereabouts of the other.

I accidentally placed two orders and the customer service team reached out to let me know and asked if I want to cancel one. I thought that was very thoughtful of them. Good quality suits for a low price compared to other places.

I never received my swimsuits i ordered and when I finally reached out to ask where they were, was told one was out of stock so I canceled the order and never was told why I didn't receive the other swimsuit I ordered.

Good quality and the price is good. I'm 5'2", 113 lb. I ordered Size M since this is the size of my old swimming suit. But Size M is too big, Size S could be better for me.

Shipping is way, too expensive and slow, and thus not competitive. When the swim suit arrived and was too short -- both top and skirted bottom -- Customer Service was very helpful. The Customer must pay for the return, so I took the option of a partial refund with no return.

I ordered this swim dress, it never arrived. After ordering it took a month before I got an email saying it was shipped. The swimsuit never arrived. I contacted the company right away. Instead of getting any help they kept telling me to ask neighbors and check cameras. No matter how many times I told them I had done this they just kept sending the same email over and over telling me to check cameras and ask neighbors. I've never had a company be so unhelpful before. I will never order from them again.

I never received my suit. I waited for 4 weeks, and finally when the tracking told me my suit was near, I received a notification that the suit was returned to sender for "insufficient address." I double checked my address and all was fine. I've been receiving other packages at the address I provided, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I've asked for a refund and was told I would get my refund minus shipping costs. I still haven't received my refund, though they did say it would take 5-15 business days. I'm at Day 4.
Not happy at all. Buyer beware.

Loved the designs, but package tracking unhelpful.

I got an xs it fits fine but when I dive into water or anything the elastic waist just slips down, and the draw string is fake which I am disappointed about. But overall I am happy with this modest bikini

Shipping took way longer than expected for some reason. I ordered this swimsuit to go on a trip, but it didn't arrive on time. Other than that, I am very pleased and plan on wearing it next time.

When I ordered the items, they arrived quickly, they were as expected, but no paperwork was included so that should I need to return them, I could. I have sent a message to customer service, but have not yet received a reply.

Contacted to return three of the items and kept one.
