Size larger then l thought easy to order and arrived quickly
I went against my better judgment and followed the size chart. It was WAY to big for me. I'm approx. Size M 1/2 and it said I should have an XL. I was disappointed when the product came in, especially because there are no free returns. I ended up buying a Lg later on and I am very happy with the bathing suit. Definitely would recommend the product, just don't listen to the size chart.

This was their initial response: "To compensate for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer you a 30% refund of the purchase price for the affected item and a coupon for your next order." They also recommended I take the swimsuit to a tailor to get it fixed. I told them I didn't want the swimsuit at all anymore because of the rip and because it didn't fit well and I said I want a 100% refund. Then they replied that they would just send me a replacement and I refused because I don't want this suit anymore. Then they asked if they could send me a different swimsuit as a replacement. I said no, give me a full refund. Finally they agreed to give me a refund if I sent them a picture of the suit cut up into pieces or with a certificate that I'd donated it somewhere. So I did that and they said they're processing my refund which can take up to 15 days. This website seems like a total scam, they don't have any official policy on returns and they don't have anything set up to ship swimsuits back to them for free that you don't like. Avoid this company at all costs.
I really wanted to like this company because not many stores sell cute bathing suits that are shorts. However, my suit arrived with stains on it out of the bag. I reached out to customer service and they asked for a lot of photos of not only the item but of the packaging it arrived in. I unfortunately didn't have the package anymore so I guess that makes me look like an untrustworthy customer? I get the need for these photos, but I didn't have everything they asked for. I took photos of the stains but I should have saved the package, shame on me. However, it seems the company instinct is to not trust the customer and the solution they gave me was to offer a partial refund, coupon towards the next purchase and told me to WASH the clothes. I paid FULL PRICE for a NEW item that arrived STAINED and they want me to wash it for them. Do NOT shop here.
I have ordered two bathing suits from seafancy.de in Germany, and since the return process is to write an email so they send you a return label, I have wrote three mails with no answer whatsoever or my money back. I am appalled by the lack of communication and making such a bad review for such an international company, would definitely not recommend to anyone ever again!
I ordered a swimsuit. And then read the reviews…mostly they were bad. Oops but too late now. However my actual experience was completely different than reviews I had read. The order took 1 week to arrive (to New Zealand). The shipping updates were good. The fit is fabulous. The quality is way better than what I expected for the low price.
I can't say enough about these bathers. I purchased the floral one piece. I'm a medium size and the M fits perfectly. The style is very flattering and and the colour and design look fresh and pretty. The postage was high but it arrived in Australia in good time, much quicker than parcels normally arrive from Asia.

I've ordered from SeaFancy twice- five swimsuits total- and have been happy with the results. Not every suit is my favorite- but that's where reviews come in handy. I have found some cute, modest, unique bathing suits at a reasonable price and fast.
The suits I ordered arrived weeks after both the holidays I booked them for - it was nearly a month from order to final delivery. The suits are nice but do come up small particularly cleavage wise.
I am very dissatisfied with this service. You state on your website that you can return items. I tried to return them and the best that was offered to me was an 80% refund and I keep the items, that I do not want and that do not fit. It took a long time to negotiate even getting an 80% refund, at first you only offered 30% refund and I keep the items. Moreover, I get a bill in the mail from FedEx, expecting me to pay the initial shipping fees. There is no mention of this on your website either. I hope everyone is aware that if you try to return items to you, it is a lengthy process, that doesn't work out, and that you then charge the client for the initial shipping fees. I recommend that you buy your bathing suits elsewhere.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
