These products and experience were okay - prices are good, but you get what you pay for, lower prices mean lesser quality in construction, materials, and fit. Fine for limited wearing and what I needed but probably won't buy from this company again.

Don't bother ordering from here. They take your money. Hold onto it for a month. Then tell you they can't fulfill the order. Refund will take another 15 days. Pretty close to a scam in my view.

Merchandise was as described and pictured, seems to be good quality, will order again in the future.

I really love the product options and am satisfied with my order overall. Tracking never did work with my purchase but it showed up so I'm happy.

Arrived as expected.

The material is bathing suit material, the colors are accurate. The shorts have two layers, an inner tight fitted suit and outer short legs that give it a looser shorts look. This provides security and the look I wanted. It met my expectations completely.

For sure shipping is kind of expensive and slow, but I think it was worth it considering I looked everywhere for this style and could only find it at SeaFancy.

These took so long to arrive I thought I had been scammed. However when they did arrive they were perfect. Just bear in mind that at least 3 weeks is good to give to ensure they arrive in time for a holiday!

Expectations didn't meet with what it was advertised

Overall the swimsuits are ok. For my size nothing fits where I'm totally comfortable in them.

This is the 2nd. Swim suit I have purchased. The material feels and looks great. I will buy again from Sea Fancy.

Very professional easy to use the website and find what I was after

When I notifiied SeaFancy that the suit was not sewn properly and I wanted to exchange it for a replacement, they said that they would give me a 30% refund if I kept the item. I was able to sew and repair the item myself so I agreed. I haven't received the refund yet (it's been 9 business days) but I am hopeful that I will since they said it would take 3-15 business days for the refund.

Products appear to be well made. I ordered swimsuits for an upcoming vacation. They took so long to ship that I didn't receive them until I was back from vacation! The one suit I tried on was too big and didn't fit. So, I decided to return them all. I emailed asking how to return the swimsuits. When I got a reply, I was asked to consider keeping the products for a discount price. Because I declined, I was told to send in photos of the crotch covers in each of the suits (as if that proves anything) and after they approve the photos I would receive further information to return the merchandise. After they approved the photos I got another email asking me to reconsider keeping the products for a larger discount. When I declined again, I was sent an address to return the products and was directed to email them back with tracking number or forfeit my return!
This is the most intricate return procedure I have ever had to go through and I feel that it is purposefully set up that way to discourage people from returning merchandise!
I will never purchase from Seafancy again! Ultimately, I need to do a better job of reading return policies for companies that I am not familiar with.
