I've tried contacting customer support but the emails bounce back. It took them a month to print a shipping label but the tracking number says it was never received.
The swimsuits are nice but the return policy make it really difficult for the customer to buy and return items easily. You have to send and email to customer service and wait for a response. And they take a long time to respond. It is very annoying. They need to implement a easier way to return items like other stores do.
The website has lots of great options, making a selection was easy, and I am looking forward to receiving my order for the first time!

Shipping was longer than expected, and once they did arrive, 2 swimsuits are missing. The email address given in the sitejabber email I received "if I hadn't received my package yet" the email address given was dead and couldn't be sent. Hoping they still show up before my vacation next week.

I have messaged them on Instagram to try to get some answers and I still have nor received a response. At this point, I'm trying to figure out a way to get my money back. I am so disappointed, I really wanted to wear the bathing suits on my trip and was excited but I never got them and have not received them to this day.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
