The designs were cute so I thought I'd give SeaFancy a try. BIG mistake. Took 2 weeks to process my order and another 2 to ship. When they arrived they were completely the wrong size. I followed the size chart on their site and obviously should've just ordered my regular size. This company needs to get its stuff together.
It took longer than a month from ordering and receiving my swimsuit. (ordered on 3/15/23) I was not provided shipping/tracking information. I began to think that I had gotten scammed and gave up hope that I would receive anything. About a week prior to the packages actual arrival, I had got an email asking to rate the delivery, and I was confused since it had not been delivered yet. Then it just showed up in my mail box this weekend 4/22/23
Ordered and paid for product. Received "shipment" email and tracking information says that label was created but product was never taken to post office. After 2 weeks from receiving the shipment email, I emailed customer service and never headed back.

It took a while to get my package but still sooner than the items I ordered from Halara. The fabric was really nice, but the fit didn't work out. They responded to my email about returning the item which was a surprise consider some of the reviews I read where some people never got their product and never heard back from them.
I have not received these items yet - I attempted to send an email through an earlier communicaton from SeaFancy, but the email address provided "was not valid". I then emailed through my original order confirmation email to

Ordered over a month ago - have not recieved item. Which would be fine execpt I recieved an email saying they were delivered. And when I wrote back to say they were NOT delivered, the email bounced - saying undeliverable. Then, I reached out on instagram and so far did not recieve any answers.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
