I received an email saying this was delivered weeks ago, but it was not. When I tried to reach out via email to seafancy, my email was not delivered because the email address that seafancy supplied for customer service cannot receive emails. Don't buy from them, they will take your money and not give you the product.

I received 2 suits, same size. One fit very well, and one did not fit at all. I emailed customer service to initiate a return (as the website requires). I have now sent 3 emails with no response. I am nearing the date that returns will not be accepted because of no response.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
