I was very pleased with the quality, and the shipping time. I was skeptical ordering from a FB ad, but went to their website, and felt confident I would get what I ordered. I was very pleased with the delivery, and the fit is just right!
The return policy requires an email to customer service requesting a return label. After multiple emails, I still have not received the return address. Customer service offered a modest rebate and coupon which I declined, but they continue to withhold their return address.

The swimsuit came in a reasonable amount of time. Longer than I wanted, but not too long.
I don't understand why they used a third party tracking site rather than just going through the USPS tracking because that's who they shipped through. It seemed to make everything way more complicated and the website didn't work very well.
Took weeks to get the suits. Then they smelled like chemicals and felt very flimsy.
The swimsuit arrived right on schedule, and it fits perfectly.
It took a long time to get here (I may have made an address mistake?) and then the size is too big although I followed your size guide. I'd like an exchange but apparently I need to have kept the clear plastic wrapping?! It also says tags need to be on - there were no tags, only a sticky plastic protector in the between the leg area. So it all seems complicated.
First, it took forever to get the order in the mail. Coming from NY you'd think it would arrive in MI faster than it did. Return process is not totally clear & it took 4 emails & 4 messages on FB Messenger before I finally got a response. Then they wanted to haggle with the return amount to get me to keep the suit even when I'd CLEARLY stated twice that I wanted to return it for a 100% refund.

I purchased 3 swimsuits and they were said to have delivered in 1 week but took at least 2 weeks getting here. Upon arrival all 3 suits did not fit me (my bad on the size) and so I immediately went to return them. A week later and I still have no response even though their website says that customer service will reply within one day. I continue to send inquiries... Let's see if this goes anywhere
I was happy with the products received, but it took about a month for me to receive my order, and I had to contact the company. However, customer service was helpful. I would give SeaFancy another chance and order again.
They sent the wrong size. Website says to email for return instructions. They never replied. Messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. After a few days they replied on Facebook asking me what the problem was. I told them. They asked me to describe the item. I did. Silence. There is a 30 day window for returns. I am halfway there. I just assume they are letting the clock run out. They probably are doing well enough with successful sales that they just don't bother to process returns and figure enough five star reviews will outweigh the bad reviews. A very unprofessional business. Avoid them if you are not prepared to take a loss if something goes wrong with your order. I would like to give them no stars but it is not an option.

I am trying to return the bathing suit size large. You have not responded to my email. Clothes did not run close to size and were not the best quality. Reviews on your product were not good and all mentioned difficult return policy.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
