Their customer service is nonexistent. I submitted a request to refund some items from my order. They sent me a vague message back that didn't actually include any information on how to return the items. They have not responded to the three follow-up emails I have sent.

The shipping took a little while but the product is so worth it. The swimsuits fit true to size, the quality is nice, and they are so cute!

I reached out to Customer Service to request a return within the 30 day window posted on their website, and I got a response saying I could get a full return or instead offering me a partial return and a coupon code for another purchase. I said no thank you I would like a full return, and asked for the address for where to send the items, which isn't openly posted anywhere on their website. The person never responded again. I've followed up multiple times over the past weeks and gotten no response. I'll be contesting the charge with my credit card company.
