These came pretty fast and overall I liked the material. I didn't like how I looked in two of them though. I would like to return two, how do I go about doing that?
When I ordered I received a confirmation email and then another one when it had shipped as well as a tracking number. I did get a bit nervous when the shipping seemed to get hung up for several days without moving but after that it moved along and I received it 10 days after ordering in perfect condition.
I am now 23 business days into waiting for my order. Received an email that it was on its way. Only a shipping label had been created and that was on May 17th. It's now May 24th and the status has not changed. I can't get anyone to respond to my inquiry. Sitejabber sent me an email to review the company about my delivery... I haven't received it. When I receive the product I will review the product.
Love this suit. Have yet to wear it to the pool, but happy that it fit well can covers the bikini line well.

Great shopping experience. It took longer than expected to ship (not companies issue), but the company was great at responding and fallowing up to make sure it was delivered.
I purchased this suit because the cut was exactly like my longtime favorite suit that I would spend three figures on. I wanted to see if a lesser expensive version would measure up. It does. The suit just doesn't have the extra layers, built in padding, and no slip silicon grip at the bust. Overall, I am happy with the color, print, and would purchase again. (I haven't yet worn it in water, however. So we will see.)
Shipping took a long time and when I emailed about my package maybe being lost they took a while to resound. I did receive the package in that time thank goodness.
I reached out twice to SeaFancy's customer service, once to ask about their discount code, and again when it took a while for my order to be fulfilled in the tracking system. They responded to both my queries, thank you. I had concerns because a previous purchase of a Facebook advert (not with SeaFancy) never arrived nor refunded, so I appreciate that they responded and fulfilled the order!
Some trouble with the website and check out the first time around. I gave up, but then got an email prompt from the company, asking me to finish my order and I was able to complete the order the second time around.

Product is as advertised! Colors are vibrant, fits perfect (I measured myself using their sizing chart first). The material is normal bathing suit material. Product arrived in timely fashion.
No one let me know that this suit I ordered was out of stock until I reached out after I should have received it in the mail. I understand having to update inventory and that there are times things are ordered that the online stock shows inaccurate amounts for. But not having the decency to reach out is very unprofessional. It then took over a week for me to get a response.
The bathing suit is fantastic! It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. A 2-piece that looks like a 1-piece. However it took 3 weeks to receive. Im so glad I got it but shipping could be a little quicker.
Great looking suits, appear to be very good quality. I ordered according to the size chart and they are both too big. When I asked for a return, they said returns must be sent to a different address than the address they shipped from, offered a 30% discount and a coupon for me to keeps the suits. I said no because I can't wear them and asked for the proper return address. I haven't heard anything back and it's been days. Hopefully my credit card company will back charge it. Product is great but they need better service.
I ordered a suit on 4/25/23. I emailed customer service 3 times when I never received tracking information. On 5/8 I finally received a response to an instagram message that the suit had stocked out. I requested a refund which is still pending. Would not recommend.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
