This is the first time purchasing jogger scrubs. It gets too tight after the knee. I am returning all my scrubs.
I ordered 2 sets of scrubs. I needed to exchange the pants for a different size. I called to receive a slip and asked for approximate time it would be for an exchange. They stated 2 weeks (returning and receiving the new size scrubs). It has not moved from out of my state for over 10 days. When calling to follow up they said it would be approximately 2 weeks to ship to returns and then 2 weeks to receive new sizes. If I had known prior to ordering I would have either returned everything or not even shop from them at all. No one can give me straight answers. Save your time and money. It's especially frustrating because these are not leisure clothing. I need them for work.
I placed an order of almost $140 in merchandise and it was sent to the wrong address. I called SEVERAL times before delivery to get the address changed because fedex told me that the shipper would have to change the address. Once again I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Now they don't want to issue me a refund or reship even though I never received the scrubs! I will never spend another penny with this company again!
Purchased 2 tops and 2 pants. The tops were too big. Sent them back (and you have to pay for the return!) then one of the tops was sent back to me without explanation! Per the return policy, unwashed and unworn items with original tags on are acceptable. I was told that there were stain on the sleeve and the neck. I literally took it out of the package, tried it on, and sent it back. Now I have to send pictures and probably print a label, take it to the post office and return it AGAIN! The reason I order online is because I have a very busy life! I don't have time for all of this running around! After this year…this is the way we treat our healthcare heroes! NEVER have I had such a hassle returning an item! This was my first and last time ordering and I will spread the word about this company!
I visited the new 774 US 1 North Iselin branch and had a terrible experience. I always buy my uniforms from scrubs and beyond but not anymore from today. I live at Monmouth Junction and I needed scrubs for work so I went to the Woodbridge Mall to get scrubs from them and they were no more there. No signs or indication that they have moved so my wife called them and we were told they are now at 774 US 1 North. The following day after church I put the address into my GPS and it took me to Edison, 774 US 1 North which was around a car dealership. So I called them and a young lady answered and I asked for their directions and they Lady told me she does not know the area so she could not help with directions but they are at 774 Route 1 North Iselin, so I put that in instead and it took me there finally about 5-6 miles away, got there 5:06pm and there was this Lady with another man inside, shop was locked. She saw me and came out and told me we just closed the register, we close at 5:00pm. So I asked her do you remember me calling you about 10 minutes ago, why didn't you tell me you were closing so I will turn around and come back tomorrow? She just told me oh sorry about that, you can come tomorrow. Really! And there was somebody else in the shop instead of wasting my time on the phone she could have handed the phone over to the other guy to help with directions, perhaps I would have made it. That is sub-standard service and I believe if it were their own business they would have handled it differently but, to hell with my money because they will get paid anyway. There are more serious people looking to do the same job.
I always shop at the Westland store, the girls that work there are always nice and the store is always clean.

Ordered 3 items and never received them said they were shipped fed ex and received a email saying they were delivered to my door I contacted scrubs and beyond to verify my address 1 number was off they were delivered to an address that doesn't exist and scrubs and beyond refuses to help me locate the package said it wasn't their fault there was nothing they could do fed ex said all they had to do was contact them and give them the account number to have the package returned over a 100.00 gone and no package

Came back to return the item with with original receipt and tags on and the manager accused me of returning the worn item. When I asked her how would I wear it with tags on she said it is looks worn. Wow. No words. Will never shop there again. Used to buy my scrubs there for years.

I ordered two pairs of scrubs that have not been delivered in over two months. I keep contacting them and I have got little to no a response. My order was over $100 and the professionalism of this company is an absolute joke. Absolutely will not be ordering ever again

I bought 2 scrubs and 2 pants on sunday. It said on the page that they took until 2 business day to process the purchase and ship it out. They divide my items into two shipment. They shipped it out the first shipment on the third business day ( until there it was everything good) but they send 3 items on the first shipment and there was missing one scrub to be shipped out. I asked them how long it was gonna take until they ship out the scrubs which was missing and they replied me that they did not even know. So i asked them to change the address of the second shipment and they were ok with that. The problem was that they did not change a $#*! and if you want to return the item they will give you up to 8 dollars per item you want to return. In conclusion DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. THE PEOPLE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS AND THE SHIPMENT TAKE TO LONG. BUY ON AMAZON CHEAPER AND FASTER.

Items received were not what were promised on website. Returned all items using their label. Package was "lost" in Missouri sometime in transit. = NO REFUND. Will NEVER ORDER or recommend to anyone. They're a bad joke. Better Business Bureau gives them 1 star. They must be proud.
