It would be nice if it shows the fees ahead of time and not right at the end of the last check out. When I was contemplating how much to spend on tickets and clicked to buy then it show the download tickets fee. Ok but the after the payment review then a score big fee was included in which I knew nothing about. It would be nice if I knew how much all the fees would be before I begin the ticket buying process.

Got decent seats at the last minute. Fees are a little disappointing and surprising that they don't show up until the final step of check out. But ended up comparable costs to buying direct.

Got the tickets and had no problem getting in. Found everything fine and watched a very nice game. It was the first time I had ever been to a football game and I am happy that you helped me with it. Would have given 5 stars if I could have received my tickets earlier

No issues with scorebig as I expected. Tickets came earlier than they were supposed to. The extra fees are less than a lot of other sites. I always check scorebig first when searching for tickets.

Totally enjoyed the phillies game last night and sat in great seats at adiscounted price. Beautiful stadium. Ample parking. Easy in and out. Great cheesesteak from tony Luke's. $9 not too bad for a 16 oz. Can of yuengling. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great way to end the day in the city of brotherly love. Fans are avid but knowledgable about their team and the game.

Bought Dodger tickets and the seats were great. Very happy with the purchase, the process and how easy it was.

General Admission seating for this event is awesome. Without the transaction fees, this was definitely a good deal.

Was just concerned a bit that the Tix came in the mail Fedex just at the last minute on Thursday. I was lucky being at home at the right time to sign for the package. You need to send them earlier

I understand you have to charge fees. It should be by order not by ticket and then charge to download the ticket each has a fee. I paid almost as much in fees as I did for a ticket

Score big is a very easy site to use. The service fee was a little high I thought. The delivery method wasn't made very clear to me. I had to email customer service to ask how to get my tickets. But it worked out in the end

Scorebig never let me down time after time totally worth it even recommended to friends and family and there very grateful that they have another source to purchase tix

Concert was great but seating was not what I had hoped to get for the amount of money that I spent. Please give customers better deals in the future.

Found the section I wanted to sit and the site provided me with my options. Easy process to purchase tickets and received them electronically immediately. Seats were accurately displayed in the seating chart. No problems.

Website is easy to use. Love having the option to choose different sections and getting an approximate view of the seats. Had a great time at the game.

We had a good time. Parking was a breeze because we had VIP. The lines (bathroom or drink lines) were not long in the Jeep Ivy Lounge. We had an appetizer too. Staff was friendly, and food was good. The seats were GREAT! This was our first time seeing Brantley and Luke! They were awesome. We had seen Tyler Farr a couple of times. Very good overall experience.

$21.87 EXTRA JUST TO HAVE TICKETS EMAILED AND STILL HAVE TO PRINT TICKETS. THATS WAY TOO MUCH. SCOREBIG HAS DEF. CHANGED OVER THE YEARS.
