Weather was unbearable cold. Had to leave in fourth inning as hypothermia was setting in. Tickets that I paid over $100 each for were available on StubHub on game day for $20.
I was glad that I could download and print anytime (not just immediately after placing my order). I had forgotten my tickets at home (5 hours away from the games...), so was able to re-print them at the hotel. No problem at all using them at the stadium!
My tickets were for a game at Wrigley Field. At the time of purchase I was told by seller that tickets would be available for download 4/29. They were not. I emailed seller and got no response. 46 hours prior to the event, I was emailed instructions on how to download the tickets via MLB app. A lot of anxious waiting could have been avoided if seller had given clear and accurate directions at time of purchase. I also bought similar tickets for another game at Wrigley (same series) from Stub Hub and they were cheaper.
I absolutely loved the show! My first concert ever and it was more than I expected. The special guests had me on my toes wondering who's next. I would trade this experience for anything.
The seats we got through Score Big were great. We enjoyed an unobstructed view of the sporting event we attended. The tickets were sent for immediate download. I would prefer to be advised of the per ticket service fee much earlier in the process, definitely before I give my credit card information.
AWESOME, GREAT SEATS, GREAT PRICE, I TOOK MY BROTHER WHO WAS HOME FROM THE NAVY AND HE HAD A GREAT TIME.
We ended up paying almost $92 for 3 - $22 Texas Ranger tickets by the time you charged me to be able to print an electronic ticket $7.95 (are you kidding me?) plus $5.94 service fee per ticket. This is ridiculous!
Seats were great and we were very happy. Overall the experience was very good. It was easy to get my tickets and we had no problems
So I noticed that ScoreBig is now owned by some other company, Triple Double LLC, was it? Scorebig was good when they had no additional fees. I dont know if I will be using Scorebig again.
The tickets were cheap although I by mistake bought ticket insurance. Also I had a little trouble scanning the tickets at the the gate. Otherwise the experience was amazing.
I figured I would try them instead of Stubhub. What a big MISTAKE! I bought tickets for the Cubs-Yankees series in May. I paid for 5 seats together and received 4 together and 1 in another section. For the next game, I bought 3 together, but the same problem occurred with 1 in a completely different section. I called and was told they would fix it in 72 hours. I called 3 weeks later, and they had no answer for me. The best part was after being on hold for 30 minutes, they hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He was just as rude, and he had no answers. He kept saying "well I wasn't the manager handling this." They told me to call back tomorrow because they have to give the seller 24 hours to respond. I asked what the hell did they do 3 weeks ago when I called? I asked if they even followed up when they did not get a response. The so-called manager was clueless This was the worst customer service I have ever had. They obviously do not want my future business. I will definitely go back to Stubhub because I have never had a problem with them.

After receiving the run around and being on hold for a total of 3 hours, I received confirmation my seats are together. Apparently Wrigley Field has an odd numbering system to its Aisle and Seat Numbers. The woman I talked to actually took the time to figure it out for me (4th time calling). I think her name was Callan, and she had only been there a month. She got a manager to resolve my situation and got the answers I needed. My question is why did it take me calling 4 times? This took way too long to figure out. I will not be using this website again. I will stick with Stubhub.
Super easy to use and understand what you are buying. The customer service dept followed up promptly when I had a question and I quickly got the info needed to proceed with the pick up of the tickets.
I got really good seats at face value for the Pittsburgh Pirates vs. the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field! There were some issues with my original tickets already being sold but the vendor quickly contacted me and worked with me to rectify the situation. I was so happy with the tickets- the seats were better than I expected!
I ordered tickets for myself and my two sons for the Dodger game and kept waiting for my tickets to be emailed to me and they never came. After calling several times I finally received an email saying the tickets were no longer available. Meanwhile my card was charged and even though they said they would refund me my money I had no money left to buy more tickets. Because the refund would take a couple days. Soooo I did NOT get to take my boys to the game! So sad! I willl never use this sight again!
I got the tickets when I was suppose and a instant email... thank you for the quality of services provide when I purchased the tickets and the cheap prices.
This service went from no fees to very high fees. There is now nothing to set them apart from other services

I bought a pair of Wizard tickets for my Girlfriend's birthday. The seats were awesome and the price was better than any competitor by at least 10%. May not sound much but always rather save than pay more. The release of the seats was smooth and was able to get in via my phone.
