This company has great marketing, cool collabs, and beautiful home goods, but you'll never receive the items you ordered and customer service (if you can even get a response) will continue to tell you that they are checking with fulfillment while weeks go by and you still don't have the items you ordered. Sent an email with a simple query a month ago. As of today, I received the 4th email reply telling me they "are very busy and will get to me question soon". Um, couldn't one of those email replies have been the answer to my question? That's low key passive aggressive and just plain absurd. It's pretty apparent that under this current ownership this company should be avoided.
This company is terrible - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have been waiting for two months for them to fulfill an order that was listed as "in stock". Their customer service has either lied or been non-responsive. Ultimately I had to file a dispute through my credit card to get my money back. This company is a farce.
My wife and I purchased a pressure cooker from Schoolhouse for over $400. It lasted 10 months before the lid broke. I asked Schoolhouse to send a new lid and they said they only stand behind their products for 30 days. Crappy product and crappy service. We will never purchase from them again. BUYER BEWARE
