The first time I ordered your "Tigress" perfume version. I was not happy because it didn't smell or look like the original. However, it was a nice fragrance so I used it. After it was just about gone I decided to give it another try. Well, this time I was so thrilled! It was the Tigress I remembered! I was able to compare the two scents and there were subtle differences. The new Tigress has the same deep bass note that was missing the first time and the same amber color like the original. I love love love it. My husband does too! Thank you so much. You're magicians! I recommend Scentmatchers to everyone who admires my perfume!

Tried like heck to make a match, while I'm sure it's not common it didn't happen. To my surprise they refunded immediately without question. I'll use them again with another scent for sure! A+ company.
The maker of my favorite perfume stop making it about 4 years ago. I very carefully used my last bottle until it broke. I looked all over the web and stores to find a match. I even went to a custom fragrance maker, but, know one could reproduce my fragrance.
I took a chance on the Facebook site. I am soo glad I did. My perfume is a great match. I bought two bottles. So now I can use it everyday.
Sure am glad i found scentmatchers, now if i need another bottle of colonge i'll be contacting scentmatchers for sure!
It has been quite some time ago when I ordered my favorite discontinued frangrance from ScentMatchers (GAP Earth). I'd moved on to something else, and yesterday, I was straightening up and came across my GAP Earth from ScentMatchers again and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, it is spot on! I just love it. I don't know how they do it, but it is fabulous.
First shipment did not contain one of the two fragrances ordered, but with an email to Pravin, it was quickly sent out and in my hands within a few days. I went with BBW Woodland, and I must say how wonderful it is to have my favorite cologne available for use again. Thank you guys
Wish I had the Herbal Essence cologne in the 70's but so thrilled to have it now! The scent is exact! It took a little long to receive but I know these are custom creations and they are absolutely worth waiting for!
I ordered the scent Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific. It reminds me of my younger days in the 1970's when all I had to worry about was riding my bike home before dark. Now, not only my hair smells terrific, but my whole body smells terrific.
I ordered the ultimate ii sheer scent and revived emails that they are working on the product and do not need a sample because they already have one. I was excited to receive the order and when I sprayed it on it stunk and it made me nauseous. I emails them a couple of times explaining g that what they sent in fact was not the same scent as Ultima II sheer scent but some atrocious smelling perfume. I of course never received a response from the company and filed a claim with my credit card. Keep away from them!
I ordered a scent match of Christian Dior Poison. My daughter is delighted with the results and so am I.
The perfume I wanted was "Eau de London" from 1969 by Yardley. Not only did you hit it on the button but delivery was fast. I loved the message written on the bottle. You people are fabulous. FOLKS, PLEASE USE THESE PEOPLE TO RECREATE YOUR DISCONTINUED FRAGRANCES.

A truly great idea. There are many of us out here who miss our favorite fragrances that have been discontinued. Some are available in other sites but my experience has been that they are very old stock and are no longer what we remember. This company goes to great lengths to make their customers happy. My first option was a swing and a miss and there was no hassle to try another (it is in the works). Customer service is exceptional.
It seems that they were able to duplicate my favorite perfume/cologne: Royal Secret.

I've purchased a few times from them. They recreated SUN MOON STARS for me. The last purchase disappointed me. They used a non-alcohol base that was different. They immediately replaced it free of charge with an alcohol based perfume. I love these folks!
I've really missed this scent. They discontinued it a few yrs ago. It's from the bare minerals company. This version is good but very week. I cant smell it very well. But I'm glad I have this one." If you could make the scent stronger. Smells like original.
I`ll make it simple and short. 4 fragrances, non of them match. Customer service unprofessional. After 4 frags. Tried to resolve, after 4 e-mails, no respond. Turned to BBB for help. Stay away from this business.
