I was really impressed by Scentmatchers' service and their willingness to try to match my favorite perfume. In the end, they came exceptionally close and I am blown away by how hard they tried. And although my final product isn't exactly the same as the scent I once loved, it's really close and I am happy to have it to use. I would recommend them if you need a scent duplicated, their customer service is amazing and they will go above and beyond to help you.

Skeptical at first, but had been looking for this perfume for years since Lagerfeld discontinued. Only expensive not to be sold, old samplers and expensive old bottles online. Did not buy. Purchased a few 'not for re-sale' samplers, expensive, and lost their oomph. Then I found ScentMatchers. Damned if they didn't produce what appeared to me and my wife the same scent. She was thrilled. A very difficult thing to produce. I'm happy. My wife is happy, and I will refer ScentMatchers at every opportunity.

This team of workers perfectly revived my old perfume. Once upon a time, I found the most wonderful scent of perfume, when I put it on, I felt confident. Plus got compliments.
Aphrodesia perfume disappeared from stores twenty years ago. So I quit wearing perfumes. Then I spoke with ScentMatchers; they matched my perfume. Wow! was I surprised. I love what they did. I may forget a medication or chore, but always remember my Perfume they made. I reclaimed part of my life & love it.

I would do this again as a surprising gift for my loved ones. The company has great communication practices and kept me apprised on the status of my order. I have some of my original scent and wore it on one side of my body, scentMatchers on the other side. ScentMatchers lasted much longer. The original and the ScentMatchers smelled exactly the same. I didn't expect such service and quality. I'm glad I saved the tiniest bit of my discontinued favorite scent so I could do this little test. Now I won't hesitate to try another discontinued scent.

If you decide to go against all the many bad reviews (like I did), at least pay with a credit card rather than debit card because you will most likely need to dispute the charges. Order took about a month to receive. Emails were generally answered in about 5-7 days. I ordered a perfume that was on their list of perfumes that "they have successfully duplicated". What I actually received was a bottle of what smelled like nasty old perfume you used to find in dollar stores. The only good thing about the order was it at least shipped in the bottle I ordered. They say if you are not satisfied they will attempt up to three more times to duplicate your scent and if you were still not satisfied THEN they would refund you no questions asked. I got as far as requesting a second attempt and then nothing. I emailed a few weeks later and after about a week of waiting they told me my duplicate wasn't yet made. I asked for a refund and no one would respond. I ended up opening a dispute with PayPal since I used my paypal card for purchase and got all my money back. Just beware that this company will stage their feet in responding so pay attention to dates for disputing purposes.

"I searched and found my discontinued perfume on Ebay... for $200! No way was I paying that. Seeing the Scentmatchers ad, I thought I'd give it a shot and so happy I did. The scent is near exact, maybe nicer. I chose to have my name put on the bottle and love this personal touch. I've been wearing Kimberley all week! I was abit doubtful when I placed my order for a fragrance that went back to Avon in the early 70's... It was "Lemon"... When I received my order... I was AMAZED! It was like taking a fresh lemon and wearing T H A T light FRESH citrusy fragrance ALLLLL day! Perfect for Summer! But I'll wear it ALL year! Thank YOU ScentMatchers! I have used this company in the past... for the fragrance of Brown Sugar by Beauty Control... GREAT company! Will be back for refills! :)

"This product shipped quickly! Honestly, at first when I tried the perfume my brian was positive it was Not going to be an exact match of the perfume I have worn daily for over 15 years! So much so that I sprayed it on and thought "close, but no". But then I thought "maybe?" So I set out to test by comparing with the bottle of the original... I sprayed on each wrist and went about my day. An hour later when I smelled them I couldn't tell which was which but one of my wrist kept the scent stronger... when I checked (I'd written down which was the original) it was the scent matchers that kept the scent! In love and will be buying more!"
