I ordered a "match" for Alyssa Ashley Civet Oil that I loved years ago. My perfume arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. However, the fragrance was nothing at all like I remembered and was not one that smelled good on me at all, or that I particularly liked. This company, though, is absolutely fantastic! True to their guarantee, within a very short time of emailing them and requesting a refund, my Pay Pal account was credited! There is no requirement to return the fragrance, so I will see if some of my family can use it. I would DEFINITELY do business with this company again!

"I really enjoyed working with scentmatchers. My original order was not the scent I was hoping for so scentmatchers sent me a vial to provide a sample (that's about all I had left) of the cologne I was trying to match. The second order I received was amazing. My husband said he liked the cologne created by scentmatchers better than the Original Tova; which was the scent he preferred I wear. Now, we are both happy and I will be reordering when my bottle is 2/3 empty. It was also very nice of scentmatchers to send me the matching lotion again. I have already recommended scentmatchers to my co-workers. Terrific experience; one worth waiting for. Thank you."

Although their first attempt at a discontinued perfume didn't turn out so well, they still continued to try and make it right. They immediately got to work processing a second order (at no additional charge) and sent it out to me via Federal Express.

And although the replacement order may not be exactly like my original scent (which seems impossible to me) it came awfully close, is very pleasant, and I am very satisfied with this version.

Most important to me as an online shopper is that this company never gave up trying to get the best outcome to make their customer happy. I value and admire that as much as the product, and gladly recommend their company.

I ordered a scent from this company and when I received it, it just wasnt what I was expecting so they were happy to try again, and again it didnt meet my expectations, so they tried again, sadly the last did not either I sent an email about the 3rd scent not being right for me, without hesitation I received an email with a refund of my money, tho I had planned on emailing them before they gave the refund to tell them to just keep the money because tho the scent didnt work for me, they absolutely did, super great people, easy to contact, great customer service, I hope to do business with them in the future, you just dont find company's like this anymore!

"What you do, is indeed very difficult. When Coty stopped making ICI I felt as if a life long friend suddenly disappeared with no good-by. When I ordered your version of ICI I still had one bottle of the original, so I was able to make a realistic comparison. Over-all I'd say your version is at about 97%, which in my mind is thumbs up. I sprayed both several times on separate cotton pads and let it sit for a while. With this method I can detect an ever so slight difference but not much. However, wearing the perfume is the real test especially while doing anything that makes you sweat (hard to tell the difference). Thanks, I'm sure I'll be ordering again."

I saw an add for scentmatchers.com and I figured I would give them a try. The perfume I really like is discontinued. I told them the scent, but it wasn't exactly the scent I was looking for. The perfume bottles were packaged beautifully as well. The people who own this company are awsome. I got a refund, and they didn't want the perfumes back. I got to keep them. Please, give them a try. You have nothing to loose, and everything to gain. I'm telling all my friends about this amain company. Next time...

My mother always wore Galore back in the day, but it's no longer made. There are fakes you can still purchase made in other countries, but the reviews were not good. She just turned 80 and I was trying to find "the" perfect gift. Scrolling social media an ad for Scentmatchers came up. I did some checking, and was surprised that Galore was on their list. I love that I could choose the bottle and top, and also what to have printed on the bottle. It arrived, with a free matching lotion that was part of the promo, in a black velvet drawstring bag for gift giving. Now, the best part... My Mom was thrilled with the smell, and was so happy! Now she can feel like she did in her younger days! Thank you Scentmatchers!"
