I feel stupid for spending $60 plus shipping and hoping this company could actually make something like Thymes Filigree. The result is horrid and smells nothing like the original. I mean, it's unwearable. I don't know if they have Thymes Filigree mixed up with another scent, but it's so bad and so far off from the original that I have no interest in their tweaking it to try again. I'm sure they're nice people, but I feel like I fell for a scam and totally wasted $60. Would absolutely not recommend for Thymes Filigree.
My scent that I ordered, although pleasant, was not what I was hoping for. I contacted the company telling them exactly what it was about the scent that I felt needed to be changed. It says right on the site that they will attempt a fragrance up to 3 times. They did not give me this option. They only said they would refund me or recreate another scent. I've read a lot of reviews saying that the company offered to try again. I wish that option had been given to me.
I have been searching for a perfume that was no longer in production. I saw the Scent Matchers sites several times and finaly decided to review it. I saw my perfume, but still was skeptical. I decided I missed my Ceasars Women perfume so I would give them a try. Words cannot express how happy I am. I placed and received my perfume and lotion. The price was right so I even ordered a second bottle. The Ceasars Women Scent Matchers is Awesome and I am back to being asked everday "Your perfume smells great" what is it? And I tell them about the site. I hope they will folliw my lead and order. The packaging is excellant and you would be proud to give as a gift. As yiu can see I could go on and on. This is a great company that Must be supported. Try them and you will never want to pay full price for a perfume, cologne or lotion again. Great job Scent Matchers!

I cannot say enough about this company and their service. They recreated my favorite fragrance, Tova Signature which has been discontinued.It is exact, I sprayed the little i have left of tova on my right arm, my new creation on the left arm and asked my husband his thoughts. He had no idea they were two different bottles and he told me both smelt the same. So you cant get better than that. Congratulations on a great job. Carole C

When I wasnt 100% happy with my new scent Scentmatchers went out of their way to make me happy. They not only offered to make a new scent, but offered a 100% refund. Thats amazing in this day and time. What a great company.
Tiffany for Men was the only cologne that my husband used. Unfortunately, they discontinued it. Fingers crossed, I ordered this as a gift and they matched it! Amazing! I plan to purchase here again.
