I have to express my gratitude to everyone involved, I wasn't sure if ypu were going to be able to match the sample I sent you. Wow wow wow you guys are amazing this sent is perfect and exactly like the original Poison Tendre. I am over the moon, please thank everyone for working so hard at making thus possible I really appreciate it.

I ordered two scents that I've missed for years, Gucci No. 1 and Champagne by Germaine Montiel. Neither one even remotely resembled the originals. After contacting the company by email to tell them how displeased I was (thinking I was going to have a hard time making the return) I was very surprised. They were extremely professional, told me to keep the bottles and they would either try again or try something else. I opted for a new scent, Jo Malone Honeysuckle Jasmine. That turned out beautiful. A most wonderful summer scent, which I will be ordering again.
So, in closing, customer service is really great. They are extremely professional and will make sure that you end up happy. I will order from them again because I ended up happy, very happy.

I only wear Tova original perfume.
It's been discontinued now for many years.
I stopped purchasing old bottles on the internet because every time I would spend the money I was taking a chance that the bottle had gone bad, being that the original has been discontinued now for many years.
I came across scentmatchers.com
I ordered a bottle of Tova original.
During the checkout process I was offered a second bottle at a discount price, so I took it.
I received the both bottles. The first bottle I used was very close to the original scen, I was very happy. The second bottle, wasn't so much.
I contacted customer service and Susan Johnson reponded. She did not quit until I was satisfied. She offered me a refund or to try another bottle of Tova original. I took her up on trying a new bottle and I'm so happy I did. She did not quit until I was satisfied. The best customer service experience ever.
So for all the Tova orignal lovers out there, take my word for it, give scentmatchers.com a chance you won't be disappointed.

I was trying to come close to what I knew was a discontinued fragrance called Ginnie Johanson and had tried everything and searched everywhere. Then I came across Scentmatchers. The first scent they sent was not close but they tried twice and while the 2nd one wasn't Ginnie, I will give them a huge A for effort. The one they did send is growing on me and I wear it every day now. This is a company that obviously has customer satisfaction in mind. I can't wait to dream something else up for them to try.

In late December 2017 I ordered the fragrance Programme Homme by Lancôme from ScentMatchers. In Late January I received my order, but unfortunately I was not pleased with the cologne. I contacted them to find out how I could return the order. I was immediately offered a refund and told to keep the the bottles, however if I was willing, they would like to try again. I agreed and mentioned that when they discontinued Programme Homme they released another cologne called Miracle that was very similar. When I received the replacement, I was very pleased.
As I do not have the original to do a side by side comparison, I can not say it is 100% the same. But having realistic expectations, I can say it is close enough to fulfill my desire for a scent from my past.
Customer service from ScentMatchers is second to none. Every communication I had with them was responded to within 24 hours, and I always felt they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

I have to tell you all that this place is amazing. I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to take a chance on them. A company in Gaylord, MI can't be all that bad right!:-) Especially when I'm born and raised in Michigan!
I have always loved the scent Cherry Vanilla and thought lets see if they can recreate it. Well I got the bottle and it was a lot more cherry than vanilla. So I contacted them and they were amazing. They gave me a few options on what I can do. Having them try and recreate it was at the top of my list. So I talked to them and told them how they can tweak it and I have to tell you that I got my new bottle today and it is AMAZING! Now they will have this scent on file for me for as long as they are in business. Which I hope is forever! If you have a scent that they no longer make and you miss I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ScentMatchers. They are the best!

I have ordered Dazzling Gold, a discontinued perfume from Estée Lauder, three times from ScentMatchers. The first two times the fragrance was absolutely wonderful. My last order was just not right. I immediately contacted the company and explained my problem. Their response was impressive. I was given the option of having my money refunded, including the shipping, or having them make a new batch. (No return of the product was needed.) I chose to have them redo the order, and this time it was perfect. Very few companies are that accommodating. I was so impressed!
