I entered in the scent I'd like matched, paid the fee, which was easy, so I gave it a star. But, after that, no follow up information, limbo. I went to the website to check on order, but there is no way to check that there. "Order" on the website means to make a future order, not check a past order like all other websites. I have tried 4 different online order services, and I have stopped using them because no follow up, no way to contact them, no order checking system, and it took between a month or two to receive product. For a few extra $ I could have drove to a store and got the product and save 2 months of use. Customer service followup, order status, and turn-around time. (I am yet to receive product, so I can not comment on that). :)

Oh Wow! This is the third bottle of Interlude I have ordered and truthfully, I was disappointed with the first two. I have worn this fragrance for 40 years, and so I know what it should smell like. Today I received my third bottle and 3 times must be the charm, because ScentMatchers has hit the ball out of the park! This Interlude is about as close as you can get to the original and I am THRILLED! I am a customer for life! Thank you, thank you for continuing to reformulate until you got it perfect.

I have purchased a "signature scent" for my daughter for several years(something new they created for me from a description) this year I was late and they rushed me my order in time for Christmas... unfortunately something went wrong and the scent was awful. I contacted them and requested a return. They said don't bother to return, we will send you a replacement... free of charge... and if it isn't to your liking we will send another. No questions asked, easy as pie. This isn't my first time ordering and this is the 1st time it wasn't perfect. I just received my new bottle, and no surprise it was perfect. Thank you Scentmatchers for your customer service. I will be back for YEARS TO COME.

I am very pleased. This is my second time ordering. The first bottle was perfect. I ordered again for my husband for Christmas. It was not quite right but I contacted them and they tryed again and got it perfect again. Bene was the cologne that my husband wore when we were younger and I first fell in love with him. Scentmatchers allowed me to relive some of my favorite memories. Thank you Scentmatchers. I will be ordering again.

I am a cursed individual. If I love something, it will, inevitably be discontinued. So when a newly found favorite perfume's company literally blew up, sold out, and discontinued my favorite perfume. I was so sad. I had heard of companies that match scents and after some research decided to give your company a try as my Christmas Present to myself. Let me say that this product was AMAZING! The scent I loved was actually an oil so I was a little worred. Scentmatchers created the PERFECT perfume. I am so very happy with this purchase and will be back, you can bet on it!

I've been searching for Guerlain My Insolence for years now, as it is my favorite perfume but also discontinued. I have one bottle with maybe 15-20 uses that I was using for special occasions only and dreading the markup on resale sites (believe me, I've looked). I saw the ad for ScentMatchers on Facebook, clicked on it, and, with fingers crossed, looked to see if my perfume was there. It was! Also, at an amazing price! I placed my order and waited for its arrival. Less than 10 days later, my perfume arrived. I opened the box and was blown away. This is an exact replica! I am so amazed at this, even now as I type up this review. I am now using up the remainder of my original bottle. ScentMatchers has my business for life! Thank you so much!
