I have tried Scentmatchers before & they are dedicated to matching my discontinued scent. The first time I ordered the scent I receive did not smell anything like the original. They offered me a full or partial refund. I opted for the partial because what they sent was pretty, just not what I wanted. The second time, I tried again (same scent). Again, nothing like the original so they sent a sample bottle for me to send them some of the original. They sent another attempt but unfortunately, nothing like the original. They are currently trying again to my specifications of a heavier more woodsy scent as opposed to the light florally scent that was sent. I really appreciciate their dedication to getting it right!
I have searched for years for something similar to Paloma Picasso Tentations. I had no luck until this product! It is a perfect match, smells amazing, and the service was fantastic! The company kept me up to date on the process, and ensured my purchase was delivered safely and quickly. I could not be happier!

I ordered Candies by Liz Clairborne from Scentmatchers. The order process was extremely easy, and the amount of scents they have is almost endless. When I sent an email to them about a question I had, they responded very quickly. While my scent wasn't quite how I remembered it, they gave me a few different options. 10/10 I would and will order from them again!
This was my first time using this site and the choices were easy to make and checkout was simple. I honestly can not wait until the product gets here! That scent was discontinued almost 10 years ago and I have not found a replacement yet so I am really excited about this.
I found my desired perfume listed in their choices so I figured they would have the forumla down pat. WRONG! I got something my 90-year-old grandmother wouldn't even wear. I had to put the FexEx envelope in the garage because the scent was just awful! Would NOT recommend this business!
I wanted them to make a scent Bath and Body works used to sell years ago called Rare Mimosa by Henri Bendel. The first order reeked of Rose scent! I went on Ebay and spent $30 on the tiniest bottle (a little larger than a free sample) and sent them an actual sample of the parfum. What a joke! It was not much different than the first batch. Their website says they will try up to 2 more times at no additional cost, but absolutely no refunds! Well, I wasted my hard earned money on their mediocre attempt at matching the product. I even asked my teenager what he thought of the fragrance and he said, "you should give it to grandma because it smells like old lady"! Don't waste your time, money, or energy!

My order was not close to what I was wanting. However, ScentMatchers offered to try again and told me to keep the original bottle they made for me instead of returning it. I am currently waiting on their do-over and am sure it will be better this time. Very nice and cooperative people and I will do business with them again in the future.
They were amazing to work with. When I made a mistake on identifying the original perfume I wanted recreated and the perfume they sent me reflected that, they helped me fix it right away and it was spot on.
I will use them again and again and recommend their service to anyone who needs a scent recreated!
