What I received was nothing, absolutely nothing like the original scent. There is no refund policy. They offer to try again, but I don't trust them since the original was so far off (and even unpleasant, though, obviously, taste in smells is highly personal), but what they sent is just... really bad. Anyway, I was naive, should have checked online for more reviews before ordering. Just have to swallow the lost money, and I'll know better next time.

I ordered a match of a Hollister perfume that was discontinued over 10 years ago, but I didn't think it smelled the way it should. I emailed scent matchers and within an hour, they promised a bottle of a different requested scent to make up for the one I did not like. Matching an exact scent is hard... they may not have got the one I wanted right, but they make up for it by sending a replacement free of charge.
