First of all it took 3 days to get in touch. When I fi ally did they acted like I was bothering them and told me to use the web site to order but I had a issue needed a live person. Plus I emailed you in July of 2018 with an issue and never received a response. Happy pretty much with the product but not with the customer service
I placed an order on Jan 11. I still have not received my perfume. I'm getting nothing but a run around from the company. I received a delivery notification from Fed Ex, saying they delivered my order, they didn't. The very next day, I got a notice from UPS, saying they were waiting to receive the pkg from Scentmasters, and that all they have is the info that a shipping label has been created by the company. They're still waiting to receive the pkg, to ship it. Worst customer service ever! If I ever receive my perfume, I will never order from them again, no matter how good it smells. If the order isn't here this coming week, I will be reporting them to BBB.
Couldn't find where u put the place 2 type in the name or message u want printed on the bottle. I love this company, so far they have matched my previous orders 2 the scents i requested. Very pleased!

This company has not treated me with courtesy. I am still waiting for a resolution. They have my money, I have no product.
I requested a sent to be matched and after three times the match of Penhaligon[s Raquets was not even close to the real thing. Cheap dime store perfume kind of describes it. They were very good about responding to all my emails but alass their last attempt didn't even arrive and I had gotten an email notice that it had been delivered.

I ordered a bottle of something like Victoria's Secret Rapture. Apparently, no one there had any idea what that smelled like. What I got smelled BAD. I couldn't get a refund so they are supposed to have made a 2nd attempt. I got an email that was on the way (6 weeks later) And supposedly it was delivered yesterday. I don't know where it was delivered, not here. All I want at this point is a refund!
I noticed my order was being shipped to the wrong address. Right street, wrong number. Tried to contact the company several times using live chat, email and phone. All I got back was a tracking number for UPS. Called them, UPS informed me that they have not picked up and to call the shipper.

I love my purchases. Just being able to get vintage fragrance fresh like they were years ago when perfume was special is just wonderful. I want all the fragrance I remember, I will be purchasing again. Service was top knotch, excellent!

I ordered Prince Matchabelli's Golden Autumn as I was told they had great success at recreating it. I finally received it after 6 weeks, and it was NOTHING like the scent! It was so putrid and awful I threw it out! There is NO getting your money back, so they said they'd try again. Another 3 week wait, and I was told my shipment was delivered by Fedex, but there was NO package delivered! I contacted Fedex and they said the package was returned to sender because of improper packaging. So, how does Scentmatchers send me a delivery when they had it returned to them? You can't have a conversation with anyone as no one will call and there is no phone number! This company is NOT reliable and wish I had my $60 back! Lesson learned!
My initial order was not quite what I wanted but very close. They immediately offered to redo the scent I wanted. I was very impressed with their quick response.
The company is very easy to work with. The perfume wasn't a match with what I wanted but they kept working with me to try to get it right and even offered the opportunity for me to switch to another perfume for them to match.
