DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SCENT MALL.CO.UK (SCENTMALL, SCENT MALL) – IT IS A SCAM. I bought Coco Mademoiselle from them 4 months ago and it was obvious it was a fake; the lid was made of cheap plastic, the gold and white sticker on the lid was terribly put on, the gold on the bottle front was coming off and the perfume wore off in about 10 minutes. I asked repeatedly for my money back, he/she said if I sent the bottle back, I would get a refund, but never did. I've been chasing since but keep getting ignored. The phone line didn't work when I called them, but other reviewers on various websites who have had the same experience have said that they got hung up on. This company only sells fakes - do not buy from this horrible, lying thief.

Ordered 2 bottles of Dune, 1 bottle turned up after 4 weeks from the middle east! It was a fake. Contacted Scent mall 3 times and they offered to examine my purchase if I footed the bill to send it back. Went to my credit card who refund the money for the lost bottle (more like they never sent it, why would you send 2 bottles to the same address in different parcels?) but the fake bottle I had to send to Cristian Dior and get a written report. Guess what? It was fake. Waiting for credit card company to reimburse. Totally avoid! You might think your getting a good deal but all the hassle and money it has cost me I wish I had known better.

I do not recommend to anyone buying the products from them! Time of the delivery was acceptable (9 days) but they have sent to me wrong item... Have put my name and the password but nothing works. Send an e-mail and ask about the perfume and is any possibility to get new password to my account?! The replyed me telling me as they are very sorry. I can send the perfum back to them in 7 days. That's OK I thought. Went to the post office and there asked me what is inside. My answer was simple as the name of the company "Perfumes Ltd.". I have been told I can't send it because Royal Mail doesn't send perfumes (!). Came back home and phoned them. I explained some lady as I have problem with it. I could send it by DHL or other couriers company but who is going to pay for it?! Written to them couple of times and no reply! Trying to call them but someone is disconnecting all the time. I have been stupid buying the product from them. No response, wrong items are sending to the customers. JUST DON'T...

I kindly replied that once i received the perfume that i ordered and i everything was resolved to MY satisfaction, i would... now that email has gone unanswered and that was about 2 weeks ago!

They are con artists and make you believe it comes from the UK!

I have just received a 100ml bottle of John Paul Gaultier Classique for women. It is fake at a cost of £44.01! The website makes you believe you are purchasing from the UK but it comes from Romania - 14 days later. There was no cellophane wrap on the cannister, the bottle wasn't secure inside. The perfume is a bright orange and smells like cheap rubbish (I know, as I suspected it would arrive a fake, and therefore my husband had cared enough to by me the proper article from Boots the Chemist!). The bottle has been clumsliy made, full of glass wrinckles, not the real thing at all. As per the old expression 'Don't touch this company with a barge pole' if you are going to throw money away - think about a preferred charity first - I wish I had.
