The people who run this website or poor excuse for one need shooting! Infact that would be a waste of a perfectly good bullet. I would not thow water at these con artist swines if they were a blaze and screaming help!.

I too innocently tried to purchase a bottle of perfume that i believed has been discontinued everywhere so when i found it for £35 i was delighted until i recived the package. The bag was battered, ripped etc and to my horror when i opened it no receipt invoice compliment slip etc just an obvioulsy seriously fake bottle of chanel mademoiselle which was no where near what i ordered didnt even open it thankfully just emailed them and they emailed me the same bull$#*! they have gave most people " keep it we give you a voucher or send it back and foot the bill! So i did this and heard nothing!. This was on the 15th of september and i have been emailing every day and calling their fake phone number every day since then then. They will not be getting away with this i am getting my money back from my bank thankfully but i will be going after them from EVERY LEGAL ANGEL POSSIBLE CONTACTING WATCHDOG AND THE ECC THEY WILL PAY FOR THIS I WILL ALSO BE USING THE ADVISE OF ALL OTHER PISSED OFF PEOPLE TO DRIVE THESE ARSEHOLES AWAY AVOID THEM AT ALL COST CONNING SWINES!

Absolutely appallling - ordered Romance by Ralph Lauren given discount price of £41.07. They immediately took £45.11 out of my account - after e mails of complaint I eventually rec'd a FAKE bottle of Coco Mademoiselle (can these people understand anything at all apart from scamming?)
Have reported them to Chanel - who already know of them and are trying to get them stopped - but they just open up again under another name. They need dragging thru the courts - BLOODY THIEVES!

Yes con artists! I wish to god I had done my research. I ordered Dior perfume which came, well packaged etc, however on checking my credit card I had been charged twice for it, no wonder it was so reduced in price. I feel utterly helpless as they have not responded to my daily emails regarding refunding the second amount and there is no other way to contact them. This company is the nightmare online shopping exprience you read about!

I am sorry to say, I have been conned too, but it gets worse!

I was sent the wrong aftershave, after I complained they said please return the package and we will send you the correct aftershave I ordered Jaipur and received Platinum EGOISTE, it is probably a fake too.

The matter that makes all of this worse is that I have contacted Mastercard and they say to me, get it authenticated by a trader that the goods I received are wrong, I did this.

Subsequently Mastercard say, please return it, get proof that the goods have been received and we will refund your money.

I have explained to Mastercard that this company do not even acknowledge my calls, do not answer calls, do not answer e mails, have switched from being a. co.uk to a. Net company and thus what chance do I have of them acknowledging that the wrong goods have been received in Bulgaria!

I think Mastercard too are most unreasonable in this matter, it would be sensible for them to withdraw Mastercard services from them and yet they are allowed to continue to trade and there is no protection from the credit card company, considering they like to boast that there is consumer protection if the credit card is used.

I would like to know where to go next from here, any advice gratefully received.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, take your money, send you fake perfume, can't even be bothered to present the bottles, so they don't look fake! Only email you will get from them, is the ploy to the next part of the scam, to try and give you a voucher, and keep the wrong perfume that they send, or better for them waste you money on returning it back to them. After this, it is not likely for you to get a reply from them EVER!. I will email them everyday until i get a reply, or a refund! And write on every complaint and review site, and report it on watchdog, and local authorities! On the principle of it all! Make sure you never buy from them, and i myself will make it a lesson, to check reviews of a website before purchasing, because he will only change the name of his company!

I found Scentmall when looking on google shopping results just over a month ago. Prices seemed quite good and had a quick look around but couldn't see any negative reviews so went ahead with a purchase of 100ml Chanel Allure and 100ml Armani She.

When they arrived just over a week later everything seemed fine, apart from they'd sent Armani Diamonds instead of She, so I emailed them and within a few hours they got back to me offering an exchange or a £15 voucher - originally I was just going to keep them till xmas as they were Christmas presents, however when I searched for the Scentmall website to look at what they had to use the code on I found several websites like this one, so I opened the fragrances...

On opening the Chanel Allure Sport was clearly in a fake bottle and was already worn and colouring coming off. I tested some and it actually seemed ok and lasted a while. I sprayed a bit more and then tried some original Chanel Allure at Boots and it was actually 100% the same smell, although not quite as strong - my guess is it's watered down. It isn't too bad though.

My girlfriend done the same with the Armani Diamonds and she doesn't think the smell is the same and it's certainly not as strong, she was actually going to throw it away before I talked her out of it. I only wish I'd managed to see reviews like these one or been awake enough to make sure I used Paypal and avoided it.

Be aware people this absolutely a fake company, they sell the fake perfume i ve never had a bad experience of buying perfume online that the worst website ever! I just bought a pure Poisson EDP by christian Dior, and its fake the bottle is different and the box too its look so cheap, and i certified it by christian dior store and they are working on it to stop then, i bought a fake perfume at the price of $ 74 us dollar, be aware people i will definitely stop then!

I ordered Alexander McQueen Kingdom 30ml perfume and as soon as I sent the confirmation I saw that they did a 100 ml bottle so I sent a message to say that I wished to cancel the order to order a larger bottle. I got a reply almost instantly to say the order had been cancelled. I had finished my lunch break so I was unable to place the second order. I look for the site the next day but couldn't find it. I waited for my statement to arrive and say the money was taken from me but no perfume turned up. I emailed them at customer service and accounts and had a reply from cs to their accounts confirming the cancellation. A week later no money refunded. I forwarded the email to accounts again. No reply. I went Trading Standards and Watchdog. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER! BE WARNED THEY ARE FRAUDS!

DO NOT BUY. I ordered Diors Eau sauvage EDT from this company. I received something else so I got in touch with customer support and was told to send back the wrong item and when it was received they would send me the correct item and refund my postage. I returned the item by recorded delivery at a cost of £7. Two months later I have still received nothing. My early emails were answered by Katy with the message that they would "escalate my concern" but now they just ignore them. Next time I will pay the full price at Boots!

I fully support everyone's comments on this website. My only wish is that I had discovered it before I ordered from scentmall. Incidently, they have recently changed their name from scentmall.co.uk to scentmall.net so they are obviously trying to disguise themselves!

I have written to the ECC to complain as advised and also to Amazon as they have a link to scentmall on their websitel.

Please consider everyone's comments and DO NOT ORDER anything from them ever!
