Fake perfume！I'm a foreigner. And this is my first time shopping on line in Europe (except for Amazon). I bought Armani Sensi from the website. They sent me a fake one, but claimed they sent the wrong one by mistake. Then I asked for refund. They said they can only change me a "right" one after I sent back the perfume I had received. How stupid I was! I believed them and sent back the perfume. Then their website cannot be found, their customer support email cannot be used. Totally a shark！！！Can any organisation do something to get people's money back?

Wish I had checked this company out before ordering my favourite perfume - which has been discontinued. Too good to be true now I know - but was overjoyed at the thought of finally getting a bottle or two! That was in October. I was sent the wrong perfume and immediately contacted them - umpteen e-mails and phone calls later, I am still waiting for the correct perfume to be sent. The company is a con - and consumers should be aware of their business ethics - or lack of them! I have ensured that all my family, friends and colleagues do not use this company.

I am absolutely furious that I have been conned, my mum ordered Ghost Serenity and she was really excited about getting it as a lot of places don't stock it anymore (should've guessed it couldn't be real by that) and today received a 100ml Coco Mademoiselle and no documentation or return slip! I emailed them but it looks like I won't get a reply!

If they have my mum's credit card details, will they be able to take money out of her account? I am very worried about this now, is there anything she can do to get a new card or something? I feel guilty as I had been looking for the perfume and came across this site, thinking I had found a good deal as at the time it was. co.uk!

Absolutely raging, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered 1 bottle of aftershave and 2 bottles of perfume from this Company. I assumed by the address they were a UK organisation as I had specified in google sites from uk only when searching. I received a shabby package with a scrawled address containing only 1 bottle of aftershave. I checked my bank account and the full amount had been taken for all 3 products. I emailed the company and after a few days received a reply stating as far as I am concerned all your products have been sent. I replied asking for signature confirmation as the only package I received did require a signature. After no reply I sent a copy of the package I did receive that clearly states on the back value of contents 40e (1 item). At this moment I have still not received any reply.

WARNING! This is company of absolutelly scammers and thieves. I will write my complaints to everywhere is possible, people must know the true. I am sick from writting e-mails to them as they cheated me, from begin they were sending unmeanful answers, after some time they start ignore me. Also, I have got mail that refund will be in 3-5 working days, now passed nearly month from it and zero action. It is just begin, I already reported to Chanel about these "sellers"(even I ordered different, but as they send me fake product using Chanel name) and I will continue...

I have just purchased two bottles of mademoiselle chanel from this website and they are fake. Have repoted to consumer council today, who are going to deal with the matter, they told me that they have had a few complaints already. Im just disgusted that google are allowing them to advertise, i am now £132 down and two christmas presents short because of these scammers. Don't use this website ever and pass the word on to all your friends

DO NOT VISIT OR PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE-THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT/FAKE PRODUCTS AND WHEN YOU TRY AND GET A REFUND, THEY FOB YOU OFF WITH OFFERS OF VOUCHERS ETC. I PURCHASED CHANEL ALLURE SENSUELLE RECENTLY AND WITHIN MINUTES OF PLACING THE ORDER, I VISITED THIS WEBSITE AND READING THE COMMENTS, I CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN 15MINS! THEY TOOK PAYMENT FROM MY BANK AND WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY ANSWERED ONE OF MY NUMEROUS E-MAILS, THEY STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER.THE SAID ITEM ARRIVED AND IT IS QUITE CLEARLY A FAKE. I E-MAILED AND ASKED FOR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND, THEY REPLIED OFFERING A FULL REFUND IF I RETURNED IT OR I COULD KEEP IT AND HAVE A £20 VOUCHER. NO DOUBT TO PURCHASE FURTHER FAKE PERFUME! I DECLINED THEEIR OFFER AND I HAVE INITIATED A DISPUTE PROCEDURE WITH MY BANK OVER THIS. I HAVE HAD TO RETURN THE SAID PRODUCT TO TO THIS, AT A COST OF £3.13... I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW CHEAP IT WAS TO SEND IT BY AIR MAIL. MY BAND HAVE STATED THAT THEY WILL PURSUE A REFUND. HAVING READ SOME OF THE OTHER COMMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE, THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE PAID BY DEBIT CARDS SHOULD CONTACT YOUR BANK AND DO THE SAME. YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE SAID PRODUCT IF YOU HVEN'T ALREADY. HOPE THIS HELPS

For goodness sake do not purchase from Scentmall they are a bunch of Bulgarian Scammers of the worst kind.
Sitejabber will need to investigate these recent reviews in the same way in which Trustpilot is checking out their 400 positive reviews received in 3 days!
Scentmall are computer geeks who have a fabulous looking website but in reality are only there to send fake boxes of perfume and steal your money.
I am just one of hundreds scammed by these lowlifes.

Never buy anything from this website. I read these other reviews too late and made a purchase. Its true what everyone else says, they are a bunch of con men. They sent me something completely different from what i ordered and its a peice of fake rubbish. I'm going to try and get my money back and i'll report them to various complaint commissions. Hopefully someone will shut them down. So, i repeat, NEVER NEVER order from SCENT MALL. They will Con you!
