I really wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase - I searched for 'Scent Mall' and nothing really horrendous showed up! I ordered a Nini Ricci Les Belles back in April - received a fake Ricci Ricci instead. Despite many emails with the infamous Alex Ivanova I still haven't received a refund - paid by credit card so now trying to get my money back from the bank.
Can't believe that so many of us have been ripped off by this website :o\

This website is a peddler of counterfeit goods. I ordered a bottle of Platinum Chanel Egoiste, but when it arrived it didn't look or smell right. Fortunately, I had an original bottle to compare it to and confirmed straight away that the product they sent was a fake! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND EVEN IF YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BACK.
I sent the bottle back and asked for a refund to no avail. My bank reimbursed me when I raised a credit card dispute but scentmall refused to refund me postage costs and have ignored all my email. A bunch of con artists!

DONT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE! It is a bunch of thieves who sent wrong perfume and stole my money! They make you believe they are in the UK where as they are situated in Bulgaria.
Please stop this fraud and don't buy from this website! I ordered a bottle of Quadrille Balenciaca, 1 week later a complete wrong perfume was delivered to me. I was told to return this item, and I would be reimbursed for the postage fees, I am still waiting for the redelivery and the refunding of my money. BE AWARE AND STOP THESE BA*&^^**^STARDS!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Ordered one perfume, got a bad copy of Coco Mademoiselle instead. Emailed them and they told me they had to send as they didn't have the perfume i ordered (despite it still showing as in stock on their website) or i could return it. I opened it and discovered it wasn't real so contacted them to say that and that i wanted a refund. They gave me an address to return it to and i have now been waiting for 2 months for a refund which is obviously never going to happen. I have contacted the UK European Consumer Centre who will be looking into this and will also take this further in order to get my refund.

Scent Mall should be avoided at all costs! I bought a bottle of Armani Code (which I have been wearing for enough time to recognise a fake bottle) and was sent a bottle of fake, truly putrid 'perfume'. When I complained the company apologised for (in their own words) the 'inferior product' and said that if I sent it back they would offer a refund or a new bottle of Armani Code. Stupid me in that I believed them and sent them back the product. I have heard nothing from them since.
This company is based in Bulgaria and yet operates with a UK front. It should be prevented from preying on any more innocent people.
Save your money to buy perfume from genuine sites. Scent Mall is a cowboy operation. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Please don't be fooled by the website, it is very cheap & easy to set-up a swanky website which is easy to use & does exactly what you would expect it to.

Purchased Chanel Allure 50 ml, received Chanel Allure 100 ml but clearly fake, the kind you can purchase down the local market or from your dodgy friend! A blind person could tell the difference between what I received and the real thing. The people associated with this website are morons if they think we can't tell the difference, so this leads me to believe that they are just plain thieves & crooks.

Please don't buy from these people, who knows what our money goes towards, organised crime perhaps! CAVEAT EMPTOR (Let the buyer beware)

They were offering a perfum that is no longer produced, I should have seen the red flag then. The perfume is not original, they sent me the wrong one and then I had to post it back to Bulgaria even though they look like a UK based company. They promised by email to refund me if I returned the perfume which I stupidly did and now they won't reply to me. I guess I shall have to live and learn. But I hope karma catches up with them.

Do not buy from this website had the same problem I ordered 5 fragrances from here I only received 3 and they were blatant fakes I have returned them back at a cost of £13 And sent about 50 emails to Alex ivanova and scentmall myself and still haven't been refunded and being ignored as well it's been about 12 weeks now so I'm going to contact trading standards and and get this company fully investigated as well as watchdog DO NOT BUY

Anyone reading this review of scentmall.co.uk, please beware, I ordered Coco chanel on the 2/8/2010, so far I have had no communication what so ever from this company, (they have taken my money) I have messaged them several times on their site, I have emailed them, (the emails bounce) I have tried ringing but there is no reply, I have written to them asking them to contact me asap, but no replys.
I am going to take action to try and recover my money?
I think this company is a SCAM, so do not order from them.

This company are complete con artists, and google should be embarressed to advertise or even be associated with Scentmall, this company should be closed down and fined, heavily, for selling imitation products, which can and have caused allergic reactions, their customer services skills are non existent as they use a fake number, they do not reply to emails etc. how does coco mademoiselle even sound like 'kingdom'? DO NOT USE SCENTMALL they are theiving, lying, robbing bas***ds!

They advertised stocking the fragrance I wanted. I was sent the wrong fragrance. When I complained they said they knew it was incorrect. They didn't have it in stock so thought they'd pick a different fragrance for me. I sent it back asking for a full refund which they said they'd pay. Nothing came back after countless phone calls and emails. They obviously log phone numbers an know which ones not to pick up, so it has become impossible to contact them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered Alien perfume beginning of June. Received Angel but bottle all broken at top and spray broken. After dozens of emails to and fro, I returned broken bottle and asked for refund. They had the cheek to send another broken bottle of Angel (fake of course). I am still trying to get my money back from these swindlers and have reported them to the European Consumer Centre who have handed the case to their colleagues in Bulgaria. Please don't buy anything from these lying cheating thieves!
