Great value to explore fragrance

Scentbird has been a great value in our home. We love trying scents that fit our typical likes and also going outside the box and trying something new. We end up using up the fragrance after a while, which is a great value. I've even bought a full size of one of our favorites that I wouldn't have discovered without Scentbird. I recommend it to everyone I hear speak about fragrance!

I ordered with Scentbird on April 20th. The website states 10 days after submitting order you should receive items. On the app it shows my order still as "processing" as on May 9th. They still haven't shipped my order. When I message customer service I get generic computer replies with no real help to help me cancel my order or get a refund. Be ready to deal with horrible/inconsistent shipping and practically no customer service help

The first month of my subscription there were issues with the shipping, that was fine cause that got resolved quickly...then they said that they were gonna charge me additional fees FOR THE PERFUME THAT THEY ALREADY HAD SENT TO ME and I had to change the perfume but I got disappointed and cancelled my membership and next month comes and I got charged 17$ for a fragrance I didn't even want, and I tried to fix it and they simply won't answer my emails. 0/10 experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It might be the case, that you chose to receive a Premium scent, which has an upcharge cost, so if you wanted to receive it in your replacement shipment, you had to pay the upcharge additionally. I have a monthly subscription with them and that they have no problem getting sent out to you on time. But they push for you to try their candles and to purchase additional scents and items(obviously they want you to spend money duh).
But when I went a purchased additional perfumes to try it took over 3weeks for them to even ship the order. They send you a tracking number when you subscription orders are shipped. Unfortunately it took me having to contact them multiple times to even get a word back about why it was taking so long. Ivan Korsikov finally got back to me and had to check into why it was taking so long. He stated they had an issue with restock and although they try to keep an accurate inventory this time they fell short of that. He said he'd follow up with a tracking number the moment it becomes available. 4 days later I've had to email them again and I was able to get Zahir to send me a tracking number. They said to allow 7-10 business days for shipping. It'll be over a month since I've ordered my fragrances by the time I receive them. Stick to monthly but I don't suggest doing any additional orders from them, they don't seem to be able to keep up with their orders.

Hi Ikram, let us assure you that all of our products are 100% genuine as they are provided to us by the brands themselves. We don't do anything to compromise their quality & that's why our fragrances are exactly the same as the bottle versions just in smaller quantities. Scentbird simply repackages the fragrances into our signature packaging so that we can offer our monthly service, but this should not affect the fragrance or the staying power of the fragrance. Not impressed.

Not impressed at all. I started a subscription and then after reviewing my bank statements, realized within thirty minutes of buying that subscription that it would not be something I could afford at the time. I sent them an email requesting cancellation of my subscription, as their website was unhelpful in how to cancel it myself. They cancelled it, but have yet to refund me, despite me requesting the refund within thirty minutes of starting the subscription. I hadn't even picked out the perfumes I wanted, so I do not even know if I paid $12.58 for nothing. I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response back. I haven't requested any perfumes for the subscription and they haven't shipped anything out, so there is no reason not to refund me. Very unprofessional and unimpressed. I no longer recommend this brand.

Kindly note that subscription cancelation doesn't automatically cancel the pending order. If the order was already processed, we're unable to cancel it at that point or refund the payment back to you. In case if you didn't pick any fragrance by adding items to your queue, we send out Fragrance of the Month. We have a 24-hour response policy, and in case if you haven't heard anything back from our Team regarding the refund request, please email [email protected] or DM us via Instagram, so we could check it for you. Don't waste your money. I signed up for Scentbird almost a year ago. The first few scents that I received were good, and then it went downhill rapidly. Not only did they not send stuff that was based on the preferences that I gave; they sent several women's perfumes. I emailed support to let them know that I had no interest in wearing feminine perfumes, and what happened next? Two more perfumes. There are still men in this world that prefer looking and smelling masculine than to looking and smelling feminine. It's really too bad, became this is truly a great idea.

My suggestion: take the $240 that you'll spend with Scentbird over the course of a year and invest in a premium scent (Tom Ford, for example will go a long way) or a couple of more modest scents that you like. Odds are, you will not like the vast majority of what this company send you.

If your queue is empty, we automatically send the Fragrance of the Month: Perfumes for those who selected Perfumes in their account settings, and Colognes for those who chose Colognes. At all times, you have the option to explore our extensive catalog of over 500 fragrances and select scents based on your preferences. Alternatively, you can allow our system to choose for you based on your account settings. If you're interested, we would be more than happy to review your account settings and rectify the situation. Loving the journey!

I love sampling different fragrances! Scent Bird offers such a huge variety of scents to test and purchase. I really enjoy the size and packaging, so pretty! I stopped purchasing fragrances for myself, but now, it's all about me. I love it! My only drawback is that I wish they arrived the first week of each month.

Great company and concept

I absolutely love Scentbird, the only reason why I don't get five stars is because of my opinion that there is a lack of inventory. In comparison to other websites, this is overall the most modern and fun per se of the subscription fragrance services but when it comes to inventory a lot of the other companies Have a lot more but I choose to stay with scentbird because I love the packaging. It has a very wonderful aesthetic it's not too bulky it's not some thing that just sits on my bathroom counter. I can take my scentbird with me anywhere even traveling and it's also a cool topic of conversation when they fall out of my purse or backpack I think that Scentbird could do really well by expanding and adding more skin care and make up products as well as body care in access to even more fragrances in due time, but overall keep up the great work. I love the subscription and the pricing is great, the app is user-friendly for the millennial market or for people like my mother who is a boomer and Gen X the app is kind of confusing for them. I try to give this out as a Christmas gift idea for a lot of my family members, and some of them really just did not go on the app and choose fragrances. They kind of just allowed whatever fragrances to come come and they chose from that but either way, I've heard nothing but good things from even the default fragrances that are sent once again keep up the great work and I am a huge fan of my Scents from Scentbird

Shipping and cases

Decent price for the subscription and for 1 time purchase but it would be nice to get my orders in a timely fashion. Plus I was suppose to get a black case with my purchase but sent me a grey instead. Would have been nice to get a different color case than the one I have now. On the shipping don't have tracking up if you're going to just wait another 7 days for it to actually be picked up. Got track 4 days after purchase and delivered today

No easy way to cancel subscription

When you contact them they send an automated message that provides a link to "cancel subscription" that link just bring me to my account page with no way to cancel my subscription in sight. They took money from my PayPal that my friend had to loan to me for my power bill. I am living on the poverty line. I was very worried my account would go into the negatives but luckily PayPal refunded me. This only happened today so hopefully everything turns out all right but scentbird has horrible customer service and i would never recommend them to anyone. I only used the service twice to get my fiancé some cologne and tried to cancel but the only options were to change frequency or upgrade my service. I am so frustrated. Do not use scentbird! Even if it seems affordable! I cannot even find a way to delete my account! The images provided show the automated email I received from them and I had even mentioned in the email to them that my item had not even shipped yet, image also provided. DO NOT USE SCENTBIRD UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SCHILL OUT 18 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR THEIR DISAPPOINTING FRAGRANCES.

CANCELLING OPTION

The site lacks a canceling subscription feature you have to email the support email to get the authorization which makes the process of opting harder than joining the subscription. I am certain there's a law that prohibits this.

Eau de Toilette scent (EDT) normally lasts between two to three hours, whereas Eau de Parfum (EDP) last for around four to five hours. We also offer (1) courtesy replacement for disliked scents. Scentbird perfume

I LOVE ScentBird! Their fragrances smell so good! For a girl who wears a lot of perfume, the tubing is pretty small and doesn't last long.I didn't know they were in tubings. I thought it was miniature bottles of the fragrance brand. They're very easy to store.

We say it’s a month’s worth as each Scentbird-sized vial has been trialed to hold 120 sprays minimum, which is enough for 4 sprays per day for 30 days. We'd suggest you make sure you place your vials in a cool, dry place to avoid evaporation. We'd also encourage you to tighten the vial top before putting it in its case to avoid leakage. Not Bad

This is my first month with scent bird. I received a very nice scent, very similar to a scent I'd like. I'm just curious as to what I will be charged the following month as well as what is the little spec floating in my bottle. I took off the label so you could see it better. And I also cannot get back into my account? Every time I try it says the website is down, both on my laptop and my phone.

I received a product from them and it was broken. Sent an email saying it was broken they told me it they would contact me with in 48 hours about replacement. 4 weeks later I messaged them back asking for an updated got nothing. 2 more weeks go by I make a new email to ask for and update and was told sending multiple emails won't answer you faster. So they acknowledged they seen my emails but didn't care. I finally got my replacement when I threatened to go to social media and cancel my subscription. You need to retain your customer service representatives and don't make false promises.

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would
On April 1st I paid for 3 regular fragrances
One premium fragrance paid extra for As a premium saks fragrance! Dolce garden!
And they offered a Skylar vanilla mini candle as a product in my fragrance selection ( that I was super excited for!)

All together was $63 Canadian!

I look today to see my shipment, and it's shows I AM NOT GETTING MY PREMIUM FRAGRANCE I PAID EXTRA FOR

NOT GETTING THE VANILLA CANDLE I CHOSEN

GETTING 4 CHEAP FRAGRANCES

THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CHANGE MY QUE I SET UP! PAID FOR EXTRA! AND NOW AM RECEIVING ONLY ONE ITEM THAYS CHEAP OUT OF MY SELECTIONS AND PAID FOR ITEMS

It is also not close to the advertised price!
So false advertising even though I went along with it because I thought I would be paying for perfume I actually receive! But nope

Also the size is smaller the value size in Sephora and the packaging has been cheap

I am opening a case with the BBB of Canada to try to recoup some of my funds as I was scammed into spending on fragrances I am not receiving

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
