I must admit, I don't like signing up for auto pay type subscriptions. However, this one I made an exception for. I absolutely love fragrances. So, this program is the perfect way to try it before purchasing the full size bottle.

I have been memeber now for about 6 months. I'm on the 3 scents a month. Only 1 scent i didn't care for as i accidently ordered a man scent and I'm a woman lol. I love the candles. And I'm waiting to try various new products like the makeup and oil drops. I am so happy with scentbird I'm actually mad I didn't sign up aooner or cant orxer more than 3 things a month. Its a fair price. Great selection for men and woman. Great gift idea xmas ahopping already done everyone is getting scentbird subscription lol. And i luv the 10 extra case every month as i change the case to match the purse. Just wanna suggest a pride case and maybe some floral cases or animal prints would be super jazzy id buy em all... love y'all thx for auch a awrsome product and making affirdable for someone like me who lives on SSI.

I'm terribly disappointed I've got my friends to subscribe you took the money twice out of her account she still has not received ANY perfume I'm not going to recommend you to anybody else because it's embarrassing there are other perfume companies her name is Gina Callahan Bowen! Hopefully you can make this right or I'm cancelling and going to another perfume company! Aftervi made my choices on mine you send me a email that you no longer offered Norelle Elixir that's why I chose to go with you I went and bought a bottle for$150.00 so cancelling you wouldn't be a problem because my other favorite Joy by Dior you don't carry looks like it souls day be best just to but at Ulta and get rid of your so called services!

I signed up through an email a friend sent so we could both receive a free scent. Paid for my first month and 2nd was supposed to be free. Today I was charged for my 2nd month and they literally have no customer service to contact. Or I cannot find it. Still have not even received my first perfume and my friend didn't get a free month either. I'm going to switch to scentbox.

I am thoroughly enjoying my subscription. I live having the opportunity to try different scents. It's a small investment with a huge pay out. You don't have to commit to something you may not like. My husband loves the variety too

Hi, the scents ive recieved are not near my oreferences. The quiz is suppose to narrow it dow but i dont think it works. I love shalimar and the original houbigant chantilly. I think youve got a good idea but needs some sort of more sensory definition. I remain hopeful. Thanks, ellen

I had enough problems with this site when i used it the one time(they charged me like SO much extra) but luckily after harassing their lazy customer service rep, i finally got my money back and cancelled my membership immediately thinking that was the last time I had to deal with them. Then 4 months later I notice a weird $200 charge on my bank account and get an email saying "whoops all our data was hacked hehe" so yeah they suck, don't ever give them business :(

However, please let us assure you that no financial data was captured by the hackers, so it is not possible that your card information was breached as a result of a cyber attack on multiple companies (of which we were one). We do not store full credit card information on our servers. We have a third-party billing partner that processes payments and we don’t share servers with them to protect the security of our customers’ billing information. Rest assured that we have already added another layer of security for customer authentication on our backend. I'm new to Scentbird. I've had 3 months of wonderful heavenly scents and I'm in heaven! I've been through several different perfumes companies and was very disappointed with the fake perfumes that didn't last long at all. I knew it was the real top name brands when I smelt the first one of Scentbird. I'm very pleased!

The company was hacked and got my personal information. I recently ordered from ScentBird and I still haven't gotten my package even though it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Total scam. Requesting a refund. I will try ordering from a better website. This website sucks! Don't do it unless you want your personal information stolen!

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
