Scentbird is one of the best investment i made. Good collection of scents and i love them. I receive quite a number of compliments thanks to this unique scent.
Scentbird allows customers to pick which scent they want along with what month to be sent. Scentbird also has new fragrances/colones every month. In addition to there already huge selection. I like being able to test out a fragrance before purchasing a huge, expensive bottle.

I used this company years ago and stopped. Now, I find out that in June 2020, their customer database has been breached! To make it worse, they failed to notify customers. Please do not sign up with them!

I have already canceled my subscription, from broken product to no delivery of product. That update was 7 days ago! Horrible experience...

Being able to try designer fragrances that I wouldn't go splurge for every month is a game changer. I have learned about new fragrances that I ever would have otherwise and really broadened the type of scents that I will wear also. It's simple and a no brainer!
The cute cases are very nice, I have six different colors which makes it easy to tell my fragrances apart at a glance and the colors are fun!
I also recently tried their lip balm. Also top quality. Try it out, you'll definitely love it.

I like fragrance, but I HATE buying large bottles… I could count on one hand how many times I've used an entire bottle up. My fragrance changes depending on the weather, the occasion, my mood… many things. There's nowhere near me to try fragrances ahead, so I had stopped buying any. I really enjoy Scentbird suggesting scents that may fit my profile, as well as scents that I may like based on other scents. I have discovered some fragrances that work very well for me. Two of them I liked so much I bought a full bottle! Shipping is quick and tracking is spot on. The metal cases that hold the fragrance vials fit easily into a purse or pocket, and the unique "twist" design to open ensures they don't spray accidentally.

I ordered from them and they never sent the product. They charged my card twice and when I reach out to the company they keep saying they can't find my account. They asked for screenshots and information I used and they still won't help. I literally just got scammed. Now I have to have the bank lock any withdrawals from this company because they claim they can't find a subscription but they are clearly taking my money. I'm so upset. Be careful you guys these company's are stealing from us! Or maybe just me but I have all the proof and they still won't help me.

I really like the service. I wish all the samples. Came with a case like scent box does. I tend to not use the ones in cardboard tubes. Otherwise, I love the sample selection.

Scentbird offers larger samples than any other subscription fragrance box I've seen, with quality, designer brands. I also recently needed help from customer service. They were prompt and quickly resolved my issue. Highly recommend.

I love the fragrances but why does it take almost the whole month to get the products? They bill me on the 3rd and I don't receive the products until the 24-25th of that month!

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
